Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match also called RDM, which is a scenario when for example player Y decides to kill player X without a obvious reasson for it,. Lets say player Y buys a weapon and decides to test it so he guns down everyone including player X for no reason in the street, that'd be RDM. Which also can be classified as Mass RDM when player Y kills more than just 1 player at once, and is a much more serious rule break.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule also called NLR is when player Y gets killed by player X at his base, and player Y doesn't wait 2.40 min and he comes back and guns down player X at his base. That is NLR and is a rule break. Player Y did not wait 2.40 min and remembered everything of what happend before he got killed. When you die a player has to forget EVERYTHING of what happend when you died or got killed, you may not return to the location nor remember who killed you. But you may return to the death location after 2.40 min.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player for example:
Player Y says in OOC "Come to the bank, I sell guns and everything you'd like" and player X sees the OOC message and decides to run to the location buying guns of him. This is called Meta also known as metagaming which is a rule break. Player Y is supposed to use /advert or /pm and not OOC to tell people about his shop business.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
In this kind of situations I would bring both of them to a secluded area such as a rooftop where no one could interfeer with the situation, and I'd listen to both stories and check the logs two times to make sure I didn't miss something. Then I'd ask player Y why he killed player X and what his intentions or reassons were. I would also ask what caused it to happend, and tell player Y that RDM is strictly forbidden and a rule break. I'd tell him to re-read the rules and warn him for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
This kind of situation is a tricky one due to the fact the kills are very close up, but what i'd do is to bring both of them to a secluded area, such as a rooftop. I'd ask both of them what happend, and why player Y apparently broke NLR. Since its quite hard to prove that anything of it happend, I would listen to both stories, double check logs. And ask if they had any sort of evidences, such as a demo, recording, pictures of the incident. If they did not have that. I would say its hard to prove and let player Y go with a verbal warning. And advise them to re-read rules and record next time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would go to player X and explain to him that what he did in OOC is not allowed, and tell him the rule about metagaming. I'd tell him that he should use /Advert or /pm to tell other people that his bank was being raided, and not use OOC next time. I would also give him a verbal warning at the time.

I also love helping people with whatever problem they have, and explain and teach people how to roleplay properly. I have always admired being there for people and do everything in my power to help them out. Most of the time when there is no staff on I do like walking over to new people teaching them, or just helping people with their problems in OOC as much as I can, of course I cannot help them with people prop pushing or anything like that.

I am indeed very active on ZARP as it is my favourite server where I love to RP different kinds of roles.I also have alot of friends on here including normal players and staff.

I am sorry if I haven't been playing every day the last week, I broke a ribbone and two bones. So I do apoligize for that.
