how would you deal with a disrespectful player? :
When a player is disrespectful I would first tell him to stop, if he continues I will mute or gag him, then i will give him a warning, and if he is still doing it I will just have to kick him out of the server. If he does return back to the server and STILL continues, I will have to contact a higher member of staff, e.g. an admin.

Why i should be chosen:
Well firstly I think you need more Asian mods, just kidding, but I think I would fit nicely into the zarp gaming community. I've made many friends on zarp, and even persuaded some of my friends to play on the servers. Im a nice friendly guy , but I can be a guy who can follow the rules.Hopefully I get accepted. Its been a fun couple months on zarp servers, and I want to say thank you!

Hello HibernatingZeus,
Please edit your thread asap with the whole application template complete. The template can be found HERE. Adding to that, you should edit your gametracker links into your application rather than making a seperate reply with them. Last but not least, try to add some color and detail into your application (i.e adding bold and italic text where important information/questions are).

Firstly, your app looks decent and when i see u on the server you act nice and obey the rules just try and socialise with people in chat more i dont see you typing much to anyone!!! so...
