Killing another player without a reason, Example someone kills a guy and says "He walked near me", The point is Killing someone without an real life reason.

NLR, Returning to the same place/district where you died, You must wait exactly 3 minutes before going to the same district again to avoid Revenge Killing.

Someone tells his friend that his base is being raided over /ooc | Mixing In-Character stuff with Out Of Character.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would ask what happened, After they both explained what happened, I ask the reporter for any evidence. If he has solid evidence then I'll warn Player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I ask Player y if he broke nlr, if he lies I'll give him a warning, If he says the truth I'll him go with a verbal warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I tell to not do that, If he did it again I'll TP him, Tell him that he's not supposed to do that and thats against the rules and let him go with a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all because I have spent a lot of time on this server so I know the rules, I have read them a few times and I know what to do and know what is against the rules and what's not.
Also I have been playing DarkRP for 3 months, And I have been an admin on a server but then I resigned.
I'm also in the worst and best timezones, When its late I get on the server and play for few hours, On midnight a lot of people break rules and all the other admins/moderators are sleeping or doing something else, And if I was a moderator I don't anyone would try to break rules at that time.
