Estimated Server Time I've been playing on ZARP now since 2013, and been playing quite actively so I'd say around 10 / 16 hours a day and in total I believe I've played around 400 hours in total on ZARP since 2013, if not more.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match also stands for RDM, is when players decide to pull out a gun and shoot whoever they see without any purpose at all. A scenario might also be when a player is shooting a group of people standing outside a building talking, it would be for no purpose and called Mass RDM as he killed a whole group of people without meaning or sense.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR, also known as New Life Rule is when a player has been killed or died in a accident, he may not return to the location he died for atleast 3 minutes. Aswell as waiting those minutes before he may return to the place he died, he may not remember anything of what happend, nor who killed him, or why.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a frequently broken rule in the servers lately, this is when player X decides to say "Hey, come to the banker I'll give you free guns" and player Y looks in OOC and decides to go there, this is classified as metagaming and is a rule breaking, which may lead to either warning or a kick depending on the staff on duty.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First of all this situation is quite tricky, also due to the fact those people are accusating each other and lying to the staff member, which also is a quite serious offence, First of all I would bring them both to a secluded area such as a roof top where no one can interfeer with the situation, second of all I would listen to both stories, and make them feel that I am listening and not just jumping to conclusions, Then I would ask player Y who killed player X why he did so, and what his intentions were. If player Y continued lying to a staff member and not listening to me, I would warn him for RDM, and lying. If he kept on lying to me or other staff members, This would result in a kick.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

This is also a tricky situation where the logs is not fairly helpful, but I would bring them both to a roof top, ask them what happend and listen to both stories, I would check the logs and see if I could find any evidence through there, and look when player Y was killed. I would ask if either player Y or X has evidence of the situation, and if not I would tell them to start recording / taking pictures, and tell them theres nothing I can do without evidence of the following "rule" breaking.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

This shows that Player X is metagaming, also because he claims hes being raided, and that he is not asking through /pm or /advert, He choosed to use //. Which is out of character and not in character. I would first of all go to player X, and tell him nicely not to use ooc to talk about raids, or anything that happends ingame UNLESS it was rule breaking. If he kept on doing it, I would warn him about metagaming and tell him to re-read the rules properly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I believe I should be chosen because I am mature as my age is 14 ( almost 15 ) and that I love to help people properly regarding rules or roleplay situations, I have been admin and senior admin on multiple other gamemodes such as these:

Imperial- Community (PERP ) Senior admin
The Compartment (Deathrun) co-owner
FearLessRP ( CityRP ) Admin
CZC ( Crazy Republics ) Owner

I also have experience with dealing with those who needs help, or those who are breaking the rules. I am a friendly and nice guy who loves to talk with people, and help them out. Whenever I do mistakes, I admit them. And I try to prevent that it happends again, Alot of people has said that they like me due to the fact I admin my mistakes, and I try to prevent it from happening again.

I am also active on ZARP every day playing with diffrent jobs, and RP styles. I am also friends with multiple admins on the ZARP community, and played here ever since 2013.
