How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I tell them to stop, If they are going on i give them a warn,And i will kick them if they are still going,mic spamming! or CHAT spamming i would gag/mute.

Why I should be chosen : I Should be chosen As A Moderator Because i am a little bit experienced at minecraft i was head-admin at the server mineplex but i quit ,-I should be chosen to become Moderator because i'm a young and active gmod player that stays cool in every stressful situation.I Love to Help People And I am Almost always online on the Death-run server,i was bullied when i was 7 years But at my 10 i started to believe in myself and now if i see someone that is bullied i help him out (i know this is not really important but i just needed to say), i love to play deathrun on zarp because its fun with the people that are online on zarp,Sometimes i cant speak really well English because i am dutch,I am playing A long time at zarp and i am really enjoying it There are good staff and members. I have nothing else to say so Yeah Bye !!!!!!
