How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would deal with a disrespectful player by warning them first, whether they were disrespectful to a guest or staff. If they continued to be rude, they would get a slay and a worded warning (not one in the warning tool, just on chat) if they continued I would kick, then I would get someone of higher authority on to ban them if they continued.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen because I would be a good asset to the zarpgaming deathrun team, because in Gmod I have totalled over 900 hours, at least half of those hours were spent playing deathrun, so I am an experienced player who knows the basic rules of Gmod, I think I should be chosen because I am kind and welcoming to everyone but if someone breaks the rules, the correct action will be taken on my part. I think making me moderator will be a very good idea. I have not been on for a long time but during the days I've been on I have been a very active and helpful player. Thank you for taking time to read my application.

You seem like a nice guy, and you're willing to help other people out. I haven't seen you alot yet, but your Gametracker seems fine. I'm going neutral for now. Make sure to keep playing on the server. I will respond later this week agian when I've seen you more in-game. Also add the second Gametracker link. You may not have time on it yet, but I assume you'll will have time on it later this week.

Regarding your application:

You seem to know the way on how you should warn people. The only thing is that moderators can not ban people from the server. I suggest you should edit the part a little, and remove the piece where it says ban. Just cover it up with something else.

Your application looks nice and professional and I see that you have took time to write it. You are a nice person to talk to ingame and you are friendly to everyone. I have also looked at you gametime it does seem low but i'm sure you will get it up by friday. But there is a massive problem as soon as you came back from writing your mod app you broke the rules by reactivating a trap and killing me. I think you should get to know the rules then re apply.

Yeah, I think it's too early for you, you need to start playing on server 2. I think you should give it some time and reapply after maybe 2 weeks when you have read the rules well and learned from other staff. My final verdict will be -support. Staff needs to know the rules. Im sure the other staff members online can help you with any questions.
