Languages I speak - This part is nice , I speak English , Polish , Icelandic , and learning Danish.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" also know "RDM" Is act of killing someone for no reason.
Example:
SpongeBob is looking at the beautiful day on Zarp then citizen comes and kill him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"NLR," or the "New Life Rule," is act of dieing and coming at the same area you died , when you die you get new brain , and you dont remember nothing , you got all new memories.

Example:
SpongeBob is mugging Tony hitman , he fail the mug die , come back and kill the Tony.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is saying IC informations through the OOC.Players often metagame through OCC but not always.

Example:
/occ Hey you was saying you are selling Uranium where are you write it fast. And btw some noobs are raiding me so wait.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I will start at handling x's F1.Teleport me and him to the quiet area to he can explain all story.After knowing all story what X said i teleport Y to me , Then i say X "Is saying you RDM him , can you say why is he saying it?'
Then i would listen to his story.After i talk with Y i give him warning and say to now remember to not brake this rule , and if he is going to be agin Rdming to take him stronger.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I handle X's F1 , teleport him to quiet area , and listen to his story , he says , "Player Y was raiding my guns shop , i killed him and after 30 sec he came back kill me and loot my base , i pm'ed him and said to he is going get warning."

After hearing that story , i teleport Y to us , and say what X said to me , Y says he never broke NLR , and says X died first , then he broke NLR and kill me. Now i know 100% to he broke Nlr knowing he is doing it and i give him warning , i say to him to apologize X , He make it and evryone is HAPPY.

Teleport X and Y to they house(base or whatever they have) , and say bye.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I say to him he is Metagaming with OCC , and say to him "If you want help make F1 , so i can help you fast "

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

Why me good question.Not maybe beacuse i am very Fun , and have much freinds no! , or maybe beacuse i like helping peapole and always wanted to have "job" like that on Gmod server.But for real i really want to be Staff member of the Zarp.
Zarp is my favourite server of all time , if i play Gmod first i am going on Zarp and check what is going on , i know a lot Staff Member , One of them is my freind i think , i mean for me is he freind(LoveBalls) Helped me a lot when i was Mayor (He was Sas) and make base for me.I just wanna prove i am not just a little kid , i want to help peapole and hear that one word "Thank You"... <3

I know that , i just wanted to have it how to say it "Professional" I know what that mean , but i didnt know how to explain that well with the words.

I really think you should apply after you have a clean record for a while, You have been warned multiple time in the last couple of days.
