Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time has a moderator has shown me that the community doesn't only has minor rule breakers (warn reason) there are some major rule breakers that not only break the rules but usually get away with either a kick or a 1 hour ban,when they get back they do it even worse and just log off , I always have to get their Steam:ID and it's annoying having to make a Notepad for all the Steam:IDs when multiple people do it at a time, I feel that this will contribute to me becoming a better admin because i always use STEAM:IDs for bans/kicks. (When i was a user i was banned for a day because someone with the same name has me was breaking rules)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I've had multiple Mass RDMers , Disrespectful people , prop abusers and I've always had to get their STEAM:ID and wait for an admin to come online to ban that person.It was very annoying since some of the times admins were playing games and couldn't leave,also some of the times i had to go to sleep and i had to wait for admins to appear. Also i couldn't /Mute players who were very disrespectful , i had to always warn them until they got kicked , not /warn and /mute and then tell them to stop.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

First of all congratulations on your new staff rank (moderator).

I will give you a little help in getting started.
First let's go over commands will be available to you .

/Warn Player's Name/Steam ID - You should use this when you see or someone provides enough proof of someone breaking rules. (Always check if you're doing it to the right person,if can't warn him for a weird name,go into the TAB menu and check his steam ID.

/Unwarn Name/Steam ID You should mainly do this when you committed a mistake . Note you can only unwarn people you warned!

/Kick Player's Name/Steam ID - You should use this when someone refuses to listen to you .

/Teleport or /Tp This one you can use to teleport players or yourself. To teleport a player you can use their name or their steam ID (you can also use the TAB menu). To teleport yourself just do /tp or /teleport to go where you're aiming. Careful with this since if you put a name that has multiple a likes it will teleport them all to you and this might get you demoted!


/Back This will return you into the spot you were before you used /tp this resets every time you /tp. It will also teleport a player back where they were before they got teleported if you put their name/steam id on it. Note : This will not work on /Bring so please always use /teleport.

/Bring This is basically the same has teleport it can bring multiple people too.

/Freeze This will completely make someone immobile and he will not be able to get killed. He will still able to speak.

/Unfreeze Cancels the Freeze effect on a player.


Now let's go over the f1 system.
First of all you won't be able to call for staff help anymore,this function is now replaced with a menu that shows other players f1s and the logs,once you accept a f1 by right clicking it you will be able to either teleport or bring that person to you.After you're done always remember to mark it has finished or else that players wont be able to call for help anymore.If people are abusing the f1 system use the Discard function by right clicking it before accepting the f1 and mark it has spam,removing the f1 from the list.

Now the logs
(By pressing F1 you will see a small tab saying logs)
In the logs you can see main events in the server,kills / arrests / disconnects / job changes / name changes, You can search for certain players to see their logs specifically.

Remember always be consistent on your punishments and never be one sided towards players! You have to be completely neutral!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Being banned for prop spam is a very bad,since you know, he ruined multiple people's experience by lagging / crashing the server with props.
But since he said he wouldn't do it again and he actually took time to do his unban appeal.I will unban him.But in case he does it again he will be permabanned , even if he does appeal he will not get mercy!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I've been a moderator in this community for like 5 weeks now,this is my second attempt,at my first attempt i was told to change my attitude,i've changed a bit,more patience towards everyone,i've also helped more people in the community since them,i would like to get admin has bonus to all the work i've done,i've been totally neutral towards both players i've also been playing a lot with the community staff and non staff,both in garrysmod and other games,players also like to add me so i can help them with in-game problems which sometimes i can't help them due to the fact to only being a moderator.

Evo is a great/funny guy, i don't think i've seen him not do an f1. i think he's ready for admin!
