Why I should be promoted: I’ve been really active on the server lately and I keep noticing how I am unable to do certain things as a moderator, this includes being able to ban those who keep breaking the rules. Usually I have to call in an admin to do so for me, as I am unable to do it. I often find myself online on my own as well on the servers (or only with other moderators) meaning none of us can basically do anything to excessive rule breaking, apart from kicking the person continuously or warning them until they get the automatic ban. It’s quite sad how it’d have to go that far every time. Also, in certain maps where deaths sometimes don’t spawn with a weapon it can be rather frustrating as well when you’re not able to slay and spawn them for a weapon. Also, for as far as I know I have not made any mistakes this far and treated everyone with respect. I don’t act childish towards the rule breakers, but I warn them (both verbally and officially) in a professional way. I also suspect that as admin people would grant more respect and not try to insult either me or other in my presence (unless wanting to get banned) which they still try to do now, even though I am a moderator (I had one of these cases a few days ago where I ended up having to warn him 4 times and having to mute him constantly for not stopping when asked to.)

You've been doing a great job with moderating on the servers. You're activity and behavoir are both great, you're definitly ready to be promoted.

Merdi I really like your application and it also looks really professional. Since you got accepted as a mod you have been really active and helping out new players who join the servers. You also punish any rulebreakers and get either a admin or higher to come on if a person need to get banned. I feel you have proven yourself as a mod and I think you deserve the promotion to admin.
