Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when a person kills/harms an other person for no reason at all, or by something silly he uses to "excuse" his bad act.

[Player A] walks up to [Player B] as a civilian and kills him for example, having a thief job (it can be any other silly reason or no reason at all, its considered RDM).
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule or NLR is a rule that prohibits a player from visiting the place of his death or interacting with the people that killed him for 3 minutes.

[Player A] gets a gang and decides to go raid [Player B], after getting inside [Player B]'s base and killing him [Player B] returns to the base in under 3 minutes and shoots at the raiders.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a rule that makes typing RP information in OOC (Out Of Character) chat.

[Player A] and [Player B] live together and [Player C] raids them while only [Player A] is inside the base, after seeing this [Player A] types in OOC chat to [Player B] and him are getting raided, it is okay to type it in a /pm (private message) to the other player.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport both of the players to a secluded area (preferably a rooftop) and try to get a reason why player y killed player x, if that would fail I would ask if they have any proof, for example several eyewitnesses, if that also fails I would let them both go and keep an eye out for player y.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check if player x didn't spawn kill 1st, example a lot of people go to the sewers to kill mutants than say NLR breakers, if not I would give a chance to player y to explain the situation, after hearing both out I would probably warn one or let them go.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would explain to him that he is breaking the metagaming rule I explained earlier, I wouldn't warn him though, I would give him a verbal warn and help him understand and respect the metagaming rule. If I would see him do it again I would have to warn him.

Well I think I have what it takes to be a moderator... I am polite. I usually have a lot of patience and like helping newer players (unless I have a really bad day, but then I try to avoid the server and give other players a better experience), I got banned 2 times, which is a lot actually, but I will be honest and I won't try to hide it, first time was permanent by an admin called So Much RP, It was my fault, I had a bad day to start off with, my mom annoyed me a lot than a cop randomly arrested me while I was holstering my milkor and admins ignored me for some reason, probably were busy, so I said they probably smoke weed (dumb of me... also I don't find that so insulting) later when an admin (So Much RP) decided to help a hobo was spamming me with bug bait and I just shot him, didn't read rule I had to warn them... that was my sign to get working on my people and rule skills, I have changed a lot, after I apologized the admins decided to unban me (thank you once more...) so I just read all the rules like a moron studied them, played by rules even helped mods sometimes... but one time I decided to build the most OP base ever... It was finally done and Brotherhood was raiding me, they orbitaled me but my base oddly survived, I remember Tigz ran inside and I killed him because I had my lower wall part made from colored fence and upper part from the chain door that cant be shot through but it could be seen through, so most people would get confused and and shoot through the thing they saw through, but not Tigz, turns out it was some kind of loophole I used and I got into an argument, now either I was really stubborn or he just had a bad day, so he banned me for 5 hours, since than I have been good, I am very active and mostly mature, I learnt how to respect people that have more influence than me, I am usually friendly, although there are some people that hate me, but I tend not to care, all in all, from me studying the rules so much and inventing new ways to loophole, learning respect, I know so much bad stuff I can help stop it, make more good players. even when I dont have time, I always play on the server, I am in a different time zone aswell. I have know both o the maps and known bugs/abuses on them so you dont need to worry about saying something illegal is legal or other way arround... ZARP has made me a better person, now I want to make ZARP a better server.
