How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
- First of all i would try to talk to the person. I would start off with a verbal warning. If he keeps on disrespecting players/staff members i will mute him and give him a warning. If this doesnt work i would warn him a last time. And if he keeps disrespecting after the warnings, i would ask an admin for his opinion and and act how the admin advises, if there arent any admins i would kick him, but thats worst case scenario. If the trouble continous i would ask an admin to ban him due to disrespecting behaviour

Why I should be chosen?
-I should be chosen to become Moderator because i'm a young/active gmod player that stays cool in every stressfull situation. I try to see the good things in everyone and I try to keep everyone happy. I think its really important that in the end, everyone should have a good time. It should be fun for everyone! I've got alot of respect towards people, as long as they've got respect towards me. Sometimes when im on the server and I see that no staff members are online i feel so weak. I see abuse/disrespecting/bullying and i cant do anything else than just posting it on the forums. Im an honest, kind guy who listens to everyone's word. Im a decent gmod player and I love working with resposibilities. I handle with care and am not verbally agressive towards anyone. Everyone should be treated equal; noobs as equal as deathrun experts. Status doesnt matter, the attitude does.


Im student in the 5th year of Sports & Healthcare and in our studies we learn to conversate mature and friendly towards any kind of group of people. I think this is a great benefit for a staff member. I work very good under stressfull conditions; even then, im working on my full 110%
If I get accepted to be a Deathrun Moderator, I would do all thats possible to keep the server as player-friendly as possible!

I have seen an increase in game tracker time which is what you were told to work on.
You are always mature on the servers and I don't think I have seen you break a rule.

Hazmat your application does look really nice and professional what I like. As tom said your game time has definitely went up. Ingame you follow the rules and report any rule breakers to staff, you are also friendly to everyone who joins the server. I think you will be a good mod if you get accepted what I hope you do.

Like I said while we were playing, your activity has changed significally, you seem like a great player and a suitable moderator. I have never seen anyonene report rulebreakers to the staff for spectation as much as you do, which is of course a good thing. The dealing with disrespectful player part is good, but remember that if the disrespecting happens through a microphone, you need to gag Good luck with your application, my final verdict:
