At the moment of writing this I'm being a staff member for over 3 months. Since I'm a staffmember of the DeathRun team I have learned alot, handled alot, and I have experienced alot. I have dealt with almost every situation possible. I can handle on my own, I know what and when to do. I feel like I have proven myself enough in the past 3 months, and that I am ready for the Super-Admin rank. I'm a serious person who can deal with anything if possible, but I'm always in for a laugh, as you guys may have experienced. The Super-Admin would mean alot to me, since I feel like I have made a huge input on the DeathRun community.



I would like to say thank you to the Zarp community. Since I'm a part of the Zarp community I had some amazing experiences, laughs and much more. The past 3 months I've felt like I have grown more up, I met some very nice on the DeathRun community, and with many of them I'm currently friends, which I'm thankfull for. You guys have really shown me that you don't need to know eachother in real life to be great friends. I'm hoping we stay like this for a very long time, it would be amazing just knowing it would be. My philosophy is: If you can't have fun, there's no sense in doing it.

It's so poor to see how you are still going on causing trouble between other people.

It saddens me that alot of people have felt for you took trust in you but here you proven once again you are a bad person.

I can't be bothered with who gets what rank on deathrun. But Disrespect and trying to cause issues, im not going to let this happen again. And then someone else getting the blame again.

The way you are pretty much disrespecting old members of the staff team and thinking everyone will agree with you. Thats just dumb.

The names of the other staff members are removed because this would just cause more trouble like it did with roel back in the day when you were mad at him for sharing a screenshot of you disrespecting.

When we first met on legoland map, you were awesome and mature. I feel like no one gets it when we bloody lost great people and the only thing I hear is admins applying for s-admin. I ain't going to be afraid now, those screenshots are mine. No one in the staff team is "Shit", and saying that they don't care about staff issues. Don't forget that they came before you on this community. Every time I see this, it saddens me. It's like there is a empty void in zarp deathrun.

I felt like resigning from deathrun when school started and I didn't because I felt there was still hope in deathrun even tho people like Blocked, Tom, Zero Gravity ect. resigned.

I won't now because the disrespect for older members of the staff team is incredible.
If people start thinking I'm a minge, so be it. I don't care what people think of me when they see this post.

In neither way is was ment as disrespect. I respect each staff, and ex-staffmember. But the fact that some of them did not really cared about their role is what bothered me. There has been alot of staff issues and sometimes it felt like a couple of the SA's didn't really care about it. That's just a opinion, not ment as disrespect at all. I dislike it that the old team like it was is mostly gone now, the team was great and we had alot of fun together. (Not saying that the team is bad now, it's good too) I am not saying that everybody in the SA team was bad, even though it looks like this now. I have tried to contact some of the SA's about problems back in the day, but they didn't care and just ignored me. It's just my opinion on how it used to be, nothing serious, and totally not ment as disrepect. If it comes over as disrepect, then I'm sorry for that. Honestly I feel bad now because I don't want to insult any of the ex-staff members. I care about each and everybody, but things were just said wrong here, which I regret. It also bothers me that this just got cut out of the conversation that was going on.

Lost I have been speaking to people and I know you have been talking about me when I'm not there saying I shouldn't get SA rank because "I don't deal with staff issues", I'm not going to name the people who told me because I don't want any problems to come up for them. In my opinion you talking about me behind my back is just low, you are not even that much of a man to say it to my face.

Also i'm going to link a screenshot of you posting a link to facebook in game chat even though you know it's against the rules to post links to websites apart from zarp. If lost gets accepted for SA tomorrow I'm done with DR.

Guys none of this is meant for someones app and if you all have a problem sort it out between yourselves and dont start posting it on apps. If you want to point out bits lost has said about the sa team and stuff then you should say it too him and dont start posting it. Tom you even said it yourself that you left deathrun because all the good old staff members went aiming that there was not really any good ones left. But nevertheless no one mentioned that to you.

Everyone has dont things wrong and said stuff and you need to remember once you have typed it or said it your cant take it back so dont start writing things in admin chat like that. If any of you had an issue then you should have mentioned it that is what meetings are also for to remove any issue. So lost if you had this opinion you should have mentioned it.

Everyone has an opinion and they can express that but you might need to say your reasons behind it so people will understand and not think that you are being disrespectful. Also by looks of things I dont just think that it was lost talking behind your back because it looks like most people have been doing it for all this to kick off. In future just say it to each other and not to others and that will stop arguments.

You all have fair points and i think it be best if you all got together and sorted this out but tom you 3 are still meant to get along you are on the same staff team. Lost you will need to say sort your stuff out with Brian if you have been saying things to other people and maybe tell him why you said it. That might help a little by clearing stuff up if you dont want to get along or talk then its fine just dont start posting all this stuff on other peoples apps. If it gets worse or anything else happens you can always go to someone about it and get it sorted but i think you are all mature enough to sort it between yourself.
