Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Also known as RDM, is when player A kills player B without rp reason.

Example:Bob is walking back to his house and jim doesen't like's Bob's name so Jim take's an AK-47 and Kills Bob !

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Also known as NLR, If you died, you forget 3 minutes what happend in the past, so that means you cannot return to your base until the 3 minutes are over, and you cant take revenge on the guy that killed you, because you cant use details from the past !

Example: Bob is basing and Jim is raiding Bob, Bob Dies in the raid and Bob returns to his base to kill Jim so he can't steal his printers, Bob just broke NLR, because he is not allowed to return to his place for 3 minutes and he also cannot kill other people that where involved in the raid !


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
"Metagaming" is the act of IC (In Character) Information, through the OOC (Out of Character Chat) it can also mean, taking OOC Information, and using it as an IC advantage. Players often metagame through OOC.

Example: Bob got a hit on his head and Jim the hitman ask in /OOC Hey Bob come to spawn i got a present for you ! then Bob get killed by Jim because he had a hit on him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would tp X to me and ask what happend and listen carrefully to his story, X his Story: i just came on the server and i saw a Ferrari and i loved it so i walked up the car and was watching how it looks like and than i got killed, than i tp Y and ask him what happend. Y his Story: he was looking at my car and i thougd he was gonna steal it, so i killed him ! than i explain Y that if he was not lockpicking it, you cannot shoot him, you can ask nicely to step back a bit but don't kill him. I ask Y to appologies to X and leave it with a verbal warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I tp X to me and ask why he killed Y for the first time, X says i was raiding him and than i was trying to escape with the printers and than Y came in again to try and stop me ! Than i tp Y and ask why he returned to his last position and than Y says, he was stealing my printers so i have to protect them ! I tell Y that he broke the NLR rule also know as New Life Rule, i tell him you cannot return to your base for 3 minutes long and you cannot kill the persons that are involved to the situation for 3 minutes so if he see's X and Z those 2 guys where raiding Y than he also cannot kill Z because he is holding a printer from Y. I give Y a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I tell X to use next time /Advert Need cops @ Bank because of raid ! and tell him he cant use /OOC because its Out Of Character, and saying that your bank is being raided is IC also know as In Character, i leave it with a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Ive been playing for 700+ hours on ZARP, I got more hours on other profiles but I can't remember them all because it was 7 months ago. Some people might of know me, I have tried to record all the people that I catch breaking rules ,but sometimes I can't call an admin or mod, because its just a minor problem like a small prop block, so here is where being a mod comes in handy, if I could TP the player and tell him to remove it, I'd probably be saving myself and a Staff member's time. I think've got enough money on the server, so I don't really need to base anymore. so I've decided to put my time in helping NEW players in following the rules so we can get more dedicated players.This will help next generation of NEW people so we can keep growing into 2 full servers of players! I remember we that we always had a full server 7 months ago along with people always complaining about not having enough slots and look how we have grown into 2 servers with server 1 mostly full and server 2 at 40 players.
I think I've waited long enough to apply for moderator.. and I'm really sorry about breaking rules these past 2 weeks, I've only received 1 warning this week from tigz because I adverted "dont mess with the stranger"', but I'll always take advantage of the warnings that I receive to improve myself. (BTW, mods & admins complain that my gang 'Strangers' breaks many rules. I want to inform you that if I see someone breaking rules I Always report them to a Admin/Mod! Once, an admin asked me to tell my members that they must remove every 3rd fading door and I did as I was told, because I dislike Rulebreakers..

Edit: Hey guys, today is the meeting i hope i showed you guys in the past week i can be a nice guy in a f1, i know that redpowder handled 1 or 2 of my f1's and i also think tea leaf and also zan, so i hope they saw i am not as disrespectfull anymore against the rulebreaker, now i just say nothing bad and just wait for the moderator to warn the person and get teleported back to Original position,
but thank you guys for the denied last week because you guys where right, if you guys dint denied me there maybe i dint saw it about myselfe.. hopefully i get my chance now

Also i might be more inactive but that is because of school, i got school and im home around 18:00 maybe later only monday im home @ 13:10 so monday il be the moderator on duty because im earlier home than anybody else
