How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would immediately ask him to stop and give him a warning. If the person keeps disrespecting...I'll mute/gag him and If the person carries on and gets 3 warnings....I will ask an super/admin to ban him.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen for moderator because I'd like to help out with the server as at times, they're aren't any administrators that are on. I've always admire the server as I've donated to this once which is to help the server running as usual. Sometimes I see people disobeying the rules, and I can't do shit because of the lack power/permission that i have. In my opinion, of the way that i think of myself, I'm nice, generous, determined, practical and a little modest...I think which mostly of them, are the elements for being a moderator. Also I will not tolerate with any abuse or offensive language that will upset/affect other players, as i will ensure you that everyone will have equal rights. Furthermore, I will certainly not make a bias decision to a player either they're my friend or a noob, as I will give all my respect to everyone. And if you
accept me, it would be beneficial to the server as there's more administrators looking after the server.

Activity doesn't seem too bad and the Why I shoul be chosen section is quite good, however I think the first question (How you would deal with a disrespectful player) the answer is a bit short and missing a few things such as Gag/mute.

So for now im going to have to stay neutral.

First of all I think you have great game activity, so i think that is suitable. I also think that the Why should I be chosen is good. The details are nice and you have used the template very effectively so i believe that's alright.

However, the disrespecting part is too short and needs work.

Overall, I am neutral at the moment but if you follow the advice I've told you, I'll defo support you!

I can't make heads nor tails of those gametrackers.

You have often made your views clear as to the integrity of the deathrun's staff team's abilities.

If you have a problem with authority within a tiny server then why are you applying for staff within our tiny server?

mate? when did I say I had a problem with the dr staff? and I don't have a problem with the authority of the server.....also I've never express my thoughts about them too

I see you on the server alot you're a friendly guy to play with.But you need to add more information to your how would you deal with a disrespectful player?(like gag/mute and a verbal warning) Other than that I think you will be a great staff member on deathrun so you have my full support

+ support Your activity is currently great. You report rule breakersto the staff when you see people breaking rules. I have never seen you breaking a rule or having a bad behavoir. I really want you in the DR team. Goodluck!

I do play allot with you in game, you are an nice player. You do report rulebreakers, never break rules and help people when needed + you are active.
But like Mogadonskoda already said, your "How you would deal with a disrespectful player" part is a little bit short, if you would add some things like Mogadonskoda recommended it would be allot better.
