How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I first tell him that he needs to have respect for other players because its the rules. I would also tell him to look at the rules with !motd if this person keeps dissobeying the rules he will get a warning.

I like playing on the Zarp server and I always try to help my fellow players in Gmod. I always listen to the admins and i listen to other players who know the server better than me. Of course im not always online, but i try to be online as much as I can. Helping others is just a small thing I can do so that people enjoy the ZARP server and they will keep playing on it. If people are happy about a server they will probably tell their friends about it so we if that happens we will have more people online on the server which is good.

I have seen you alot in game and I know you are helpfull, active and friendly.

I know you have not played on server 1 yet but we will get that fixed

Your activity on server 2 is perfect. Im sure you will make a great mod.

Master your applications looks really nice and well put together. Ingame you are active and report any rulebreakers to staff. Also when I have spoken to you seem like a nice and friendly person to talk to. I think you deserve a chance and if you do get accepted I also think you will be a good mod.
