How would you deal with a disrespectful player? (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member).

Firstly, I will warn the person who was being disrespectful to another player or staff member. if he carries on being disrespectful, If the person carries on he will get a server warning and if it carries on I'll ask a higher rank staff to ban him.

I think you should choose me as one of the moderators of the server because firstly I will help people on the server who are struggling with problems. Secondly I will also not tolerate with abuse and offensive language to other players due to everyone having equal rights. The thing that makes me stand out is that I'm thoughtful, generous and passionate to the server which makes me very suitable for the server. Furthermore, I can also give a fair opinion to people, if there is an argument on the server which makes myself unbiased. One of the good traits about me is that I'm linguistic which means that I can speak two languages which are English and Chinese. Another characteristic that I have is that I'm decisive at every problem comes to me which is beneficial to your server.

You seem like a suitable player from what I have experienced. You seem to know the rules well and I believe what you say. You have a decent combined play time but remember to play each server evenly since you have a 6:1 playtime ratio at the moment.

And for the disrespecting part, I'm sure you will learn more, but like you must've meant; first give (a) verbal warning(s) depending on the situation, after 3 warnings (assuming they are active) you kick the player for a reason of 3 active warnings. If he joins back and still manages to get a warning you ask a higher rank staff member to ban him.
