Introduction
Welcome to my Forum Administrator application. Thank you for taking the time to open it, and I hope that after reading it you can return feedback at your earliest convenience. The last time I wrote a ZARP application was over a year ago, so please keep that in mind if this is a little bit 'rusty'.

Forum Name:

What server(s) are you active on?:
I am active on the bulk of ZARP servers, having founded and set up some of them myself.
SSRP - I am the longest standing Super Admin of DarkRP, and have played there since February 2013. Recently my activity here isn't as huge as I've volunteered with other ZARP servers. Additionally, I've written the only two revisions of the rules for SSRP (which are available on the forums
here) since the previous management left the community. Finally, I run the SSRP Staff meetings, where I respond to the applications on the forum.
JailBreak - I recently initiated a revival of this server. I've administrated it since it was created: previously it used to attract a large player base, however, since it began to under-perform in that aspect I hope to bolster its popularity back to its original state.
DeathRun - When Serious RP had a serious defect in the team led to a long-drawn-out dispute, the server was neglected. Xhantium took charge of SRP, until it was abandoned for a lengthy period of time. That's when it was time for the resource to be put to better use, and so, ZARP Deathrun was born. Although in recent times, the Lead Team of DR have done the bulk of managing the player-base of this server, I used to be majorly active on it whilst we were populating its community.
Murder & ZS - Will also be undergoing a revival after JB is steady.
Age:
15
(DOB: 09/04/1999)
I am From:
United Kingdom
Time spent with Zarp Gaming?:
Majorly active between around Feb-Apr (having done a lot of general administrative work on the DarkRP server before ZARP was closed), then from June 2013 I returned and have been here since.
Overall, I have around 2,000 hours of GMOD play dedicated to ZARP, and have been here for around one and a half years.
How often do you come on the forums:
Quite frequently. I've done little in the form of ban appeals lately, given that I've not banned many people in the past few weeks, however I have often taken the role of responding with analysis of controversial situations. Having over 2,800 posts, I'm the most active poster on the forum.
Why me?
There's numerous reasons as to why I'm suitable for this role...
Firstly, I am the most active forum contributor. I check the forums frequently for new content, and have over 550 thank-yous (being the most thanked with over 300 difference between the next 'most thanked'). Wherever I can, I clean up argumentative threads, and move them to the appropriate sections when necessary. As mentioned earlier, within my role I've also responded with deep analysis into a range of different disputes in order to address issues.
As well as this, I've been in the Community Manager position for over a year - being the original member of this team. I have plenty of experience with the ZARP community, and hence I feel that I am very well trusted within it. As part of this role, I run several staff meetings which entail me responding to applications - it would make my appearance in responding to these much more plausible with a more suitable rank. Additionally, I've composed quite a lot of sticky threads including rules and announcements.
I also have some experience with Kuena & Joomla: Z-LAN's (LAN event organized by Clocket and I) website runs the software, and will soon be publicly available.
What the role will enable me to do, which I can not do currently...
As of now, there are only 3 site admins. We recently lost a site admin, Jochs, due to resignation. We've often had to wait for changes to be made to the forum, as they will become bogged down with low priority when the developers are busy (example: OUR SERVERS menu item at the top)
Some of the things that I'll be able to do...
Restore deleted posts
Quite frequently, human error comes into play and a post is deleted accidentally. Especially when the mistake is made on a controversial post, it can look bad on us if not corrected quickly. As well as this, some posts are deleted invalidly by the forum staff team and thus need to be restored in resolution. Finally, redundant or closed application templates are often removed; as a site admin I can restore these when necessary.
Determine whether an account violates the TOU
At present, we don't have the tool to determine whether someone has an alternate account. Even though the other site admins can do this, it is often lost in communication and so when a controversial individual has a matter that needs to be voted on, we may be unaware until the last minute of whether someone was causing trouble on our forums using alternate accounts, or it may be forgotten completely.
With this in mind: with ease, I'll be able to quickly put a stop to trouble makers that are continually trolling the forums on other accounts, and be able to judge whether an extended punishment is necessary.
Create new sections
Such as with the ZARP Games subforum, and whenever we've added new servers, we occasionally need to add new sections. I'll be able to do this too.
And mutually...
Be able to continue to improve and ensue smooth operation of the forums, but with extended tools to help me do so.
Finally...
Overall, I see myself as a generally coherent individual with a lot of attributes that would make me suitable for this role. I believe I have good appeal and justification for receiving forum admin, and within my time at ZARP, I have contributed a lot of time to the forums especially.
Thank you for reading, I look forward to your feedback.
