Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Being a mod was difficult at the beginning but after i was getting used to doing f1's and getting lots of help from other staff members, i decided to apply for admin to help other staff members and other players in-game with their f1's and other difficult things they need help with to understand what to do and what not. As a mod i could to a bit of commands which were usefull for f1's but these weren't for base type f1's so i get help from others and we think it out and see what is the problem. If i were an admin i would help a lot of people with a difficult problem they are having and seeing a rule breaker that they think should get a warn or a ban. Although being a moderator i needed to be active and spotting rule breakers so the servers can be a lot better, i also came across difficult f1's which i couldn't take so i needed a lot of help with an admin or a mod.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I encountered a problem where a player accused a player that he was Mass Rdming him so i checked the logs and saw that the player accusing the other player was Mass Rdming so the other player getting accused told me that he first started to Mass Rdm at spawn and told me that he was Rdming him at spawn so he can stop Mass Rdming so i gathered both of their stories and i started to give out warnings to both of them then the player accusing the other player for Mass Rdming Rdm'ed the othe 3 players around us and logged off and i got his steam id and told an admin he was Mass Rdming at spawn and so he got banned.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congrats, you have been accepted to become apart of our Staff Team as a Moderator! I will be showing you how to use in-game commands you will be able to use as a Moderator. There's also a Tab Menu where you can access the commands if you click the players name and see the commands you are able to access with permission.
Now i will be showing you how to use commands in chat and as a keybind, reading the info next to the command will show you what it does and how it works! We will first be talking about the Unwarn Command then i will show you the rest of the commands you have permission to use as a "Mod on Duty", you are also be able to switch to a job where you can become a "Mod on Duty" and you can use the teleport command.

/Unwarn (SteamID) - This command will let you take off 1 warn from a player you have warned or you think a player thinks he dosen't deserve the warn.

/Warn (SteamID) (Reason) - In this command you will be able to warn players which is your main thing to stop rule breakers with, you will first need to get their steam id which is by clicking their name in the Tab Menu and looking for their Steam ID under their profile picture. After you got their SteamID you will need to warn a player with a small amount of words such as, "NLR", "FDA", you are not able to use,"Rdm'ed and Nlr'ed while raiding".

/Kick (SteamID) (Reason) - The kick command will let you kick other players if they're PropSpamming and continuously breaking rules.

These following commands will be accessable with the f1 program and will be able to type in chat, you can also keybind some of them.

/Tp - With this tp command you are able to teleport where you are looking at, you can also tp other people with the command /tp (SteamID) (You are able to keybind this by typing this in console in Gmod, bind "g" "say/tp")

/Bring (SteamID) - This command will be in the Tab Menu and in the f1 program. It will bring the player to you when you are dealign with an f1.

/Goto (SteamID) - This command will teleport you to the person with the steam id you pasted in the commands.

/Ignite (SteamID) - This command will burn them until you type /extinguish

/Slay (SteamID) - This command will kill a player, if you think he deserve to be slain.

/Slap (SteamID) - In this command you are able to slap someone for an amount of time and amount of damage (It is also located in the Tab-Menu).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear (Player),
I've read your Unban Application, i see that you don't mean to PropSpam and this is your first time so i will be lowering your ban time to 2 weeks. PropSpamming or trying to crash the server will not be tolerated in the Zarp DarkRP Servers, i reccommend you read the rules 2-3 times so you won't make this mistake again. Getting yourself banned will give you a small chance of getting unbanned since it will be your second time so i advise you don't do it again. Thank you and have a nice day.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I would love to be promoted to a higher rank which is Admin, because i would be active , helping, doing f1's, banning, and also making events which people would love to participate. As a Moderator i have a little bit of commands i was able to use which were the commands for f1's and some were difficult since i couldn't see what is the problem in a base. If i was an Admin i would help other Mod in need of help such as banning or looking inside base using no-clip, i would never abuse this role, would only use it for RP reasons only. I think being promoted to an Admin will make me be more active and i will always respect higher ranks than me. Also i would love to be an Admin, because i would do more f1's and help other mods in a difficult f1 or if they need help clarifying some things. Being promoted to Admin would be a good thing for me which means i have to be more respectful and calm, i would love to be a role-model to someone if i was an Admin.
