•How Often do you Come on the Forums: I am on whenever I have Internet connection (that includes 3g), on a daily basis.

•Why You?: Well, I have been an Admin on the DarkRP servers for quite a long time now, and I am very active on the forums and have to deal with many ban appeals and reports on others. However, whenever I finish handling something it takes ages for someone to lock the topic, so people would still reply on the topic (Eg after denying or accepting a ban appeal...). It would make life easier for me and for others if I am able to lock any threads in such sections when needed. I can also help other staff who reply in this specific section and their topics don't get locked. I also added the Moderator Application Section, since I have noticed that many people do not use the correct template and need help with knowing how to write their application correctly. I can also help notify people if they have a wrong title or any other wrong or missing thing in their application, and give them some time to edit it before Denying and locking the app... I can also help by making sure that no one breaks any rules (TOU) while posting in those specific sections, specifically people who start disrespecting if they are posting a report abuse thread, people who have made an unban appeal, or people who get mad at negative feedback on their apps (Or have some negative feedback on an app)... Anyways, as many others know, I can be trusted with any powers given to me and I will never abuse my powers if I get moderator for these sections. I would just be able to increase my ability to help others and make to make sure that no one is breaking any rules..

Yes I was banned for two days for accidentally posting something "sexually oriented". I was just joking around about half-life 3 and made it look as if portal was related to the game... Anyways, I'm not sure if this should actually affect me alot, since I can be trusted with powers and I accidentally made a minor mistake, and everyone makes mistakes... Will be more careful next time...

I didn't even talk to you after that ban, I never mentioned the ban infront of you, and you didn't talk to me about it too

A concerned player provided me with these screenshots. You decided to take the fact I made a response and removed it to avoid drama personally, and use it as an excuse to provide negative support on my application.

I apologize for my disrespectful comment about you, I was only disturbed by the fact that I unintentionally posted something Sexually Oriented, as the sole intention of that thread was just a Half-Life 3 joke... I got banned for it directly a few days or weeks after posting it, I was never given a first chance, no one removed it and warned me to be more careful next time before posting anything. I just got even more annoyed that you didn't even talked to me after banning me, I might hvae made some harsh comments after that. I recall talking to Xhantium about the issue and he convinced me that what you did was something right, but the issue could have been solved in a different manner so I was still pissed. Again, I hope that you accept my apology about my harsh (i think this word would be better than disrespectful) comment, as it came out of anger, and I don't have any hate towards you for it to be otherwise. (I am not sure why I mentioned your age as I am almost your age, and what I meant is that I didn't post that picture to represent something Sexual, but to represent half life 3)

And about the TOU, someone started the discussion and asked me about it, but if you notice I only
only said that I posted a pic about it. All I said was that I posted a picture which was considered sexually oriented (which can be seen on myforum profile)

I didnt use it as an excuse to reply negatively on your app, as I did say that I was sorry and I thought that you were saying that I contacted you directly and disrespected you, and I was totally clueless about what I said ingame, because like I mentioned earlier, it came out of anger, sorry again.

This is my opinion, MISTAKES ASIDE you are looking at what negative things he has done and EVERYONE has made a mistake at least once look at the benefits listed in this app it will therefor help for community as darth will be able to respond to bans and all of that good stuff etc, So i would just give him the rank as it might be essential to the community making everyone happier its a +Support from me.
