How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If the player continues their behavior despite a verbal warning, then the player will be muted/gagged and given another verbal warning. If the player is still behaving in a disrespectful manner then I will take further action and if needed pass this information on to a member of staff member with more server rights

Why I should be chosen:
Over my server time I've made friends with many of the mods and admins on the server and some regular users, I previously applied for moderator and was told to improve my hours. Since then I have more than doubled my hours, from 10 hours across both DR servers to around 40. I've never been given any warnings or bans from servers and have no interest in being in any gmod community other than this one. I'm easy to talk to, friendly and a good judge of character meaning I can easily deal with problematic players and other problems. I hope you'll consider this application as I would love to join the staff and community as a moderator.

To be honest I really don't see you as moderator material.

The only time I see you play is when Roel is online.

I never really see you interacting with others on the server.

Although your app looks fine, as a mod you also need to take action when something happens. If you have to call in an admin everytime something happens then things would get out of hand.

I don't really want to post a verdict but since I just wanted to note some things.
