Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During the 3 weeks I've been mod, I think I have learned a lot. The massive community of ZARP
has helped me out and I would just like to say thanks first, but moving on. From week one of
being moderator to this week of being moderator I have learned things from how to, deal with
massive propspammers, and just simply minges. I can deal with ALMOST except with the whole
banning part of it.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG:
defiant user). Oh, good times. The first week of being moderator I had to deal with massive rdm and
propspam. There were two people doing it, so I decided to freeze them. The problem was that they kept
joining back and changing there names. I ended up getting the Steam Ids and later got them ban. But
basically what they were doing was Trapping people in boxes and then shooting them.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?Hello Moderator, welcome to the Zarp community, today I will be telling you about the basic commands of a moderator...

/kick: this is the most simple command, it almost explains itself in a nutshell, but what you do it
/kick {players name} {reason}

/freeze: this command allows you to freeze someone that keeps running away or is rdming everyone at
spawn. You really only need to use it for good reasons, just do /freeze {players name} BUT, if you
go from tab to their name you can do it from 5 second to infinite

/warn: this is the biggest command for mods, you use /warn {player name} {reason}. Once they hit 3
warnings, its a automatic kick. If they come back and get another warning it will be another a hour
ban

/slay: This one is pretty easy, all you do is /slay {players name} Normal|Silent|Rocket|Explode

/teleport: Self Explanatory you use /teleport {players name} and it teleports them to you.

/goto: For this one you use /goto {players name} and it teleports you to them.

/bring: BE VERY CAREFUL with this command, as I teleported half of the server with I <3 NY's name
but for this, its safer to use the tab for this and just teleport them, only use /bring with a distinctive name.

/back: Use this to return a player to their last position, you can you also do it through tab

Explain how you would handle the following situation:Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear Player, you were ban permanently for propspam. But I see you have made an effort to apologize and put your honesty into it. Saying that, I will shorten your ban to one week, over that one week I would
like you to read over the rules and make sure you TRY not to break any rules. ACCEPTED

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I view myself a very active person in the zarp community. I really only go on Gmod to play ZARP and moderate the server. Also, ALMOST everyday i do around 10 - 20 f1's when other staff are are rping ( depending if other staff are doing f1's also) I try my hardest not to be rude to anyone during f1's and do that out of when I moderator on duty, so meaning i try to help out everyone that's around. I think myself I would love teaching new moderators and welcome them into the community when they first get moderator. I'm almost on ZARP daily and try to keep it that way, I love helping out new players and helping them with what ever they need when they first join. I would like to be an icon to lower ranks, just for people to be nice and just not ruin the rp. Any feedback would be very appreciated!

Hadouken is very professional and deserves to be an Admin because he has very good knowledge of the rules also he is active and deals with f1s in a clam manner and does them properly. Its a HUGE +SUPPORT

Hadouken you are a great mature moderator, you know what to do in most situations and help out alot and are active, I think admin should help you out even further with dealing with reports.
