I would first bring the user who is getting bullied into a empty room and ask him what is going on and how the other user is bullying him. after he told me how the other user his bullying him. I would then bring the other user in and ask him his story. If the bullying was extreme I would ask them to stay away from each other then give the user(Bully) a ban for (X)amount of time. If it was not too serious I would verbal warn them both and tell them to either be nice to each other or stay away from each other because we don't tolerate that kind of behaviour. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately. Ban client. To ban people for a designated time. Example: If someone is mic spamming after been told many times to stop or getting bullied. This command is not to be used lightly Kick client from server. To kick from the TS. Example: Could be used to warn a user. Kick client from channel. To kick from a channel. Example: If someone is getting aggressive/trolling. Set server group: Set people into groups: Example: Can be used if someone has recently got promoted to a member of staff. Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words). I actively use TS throughout most of my time playing on the pc. I feel that I am a trusted member of the community and would benefit from becoming a TS3 staff member as I could easily handle any situations on TS if they arise. I would give a fair and understanding judgement to anyone as I'm not biased to users because I would hate to be treated that way if I was the one asking for help.
