How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
- Bullying is really getting old in this time of age. There is no use in bullying, no benefit at all in my opinion. This makes me have zero tolerance when someone gets bullied. So my rule action if someone gets bullied, first i would verbally warn him and if he continues, I would kick him with another warning message, and if he/she comes back can continues, I would ban them for harassment, which is one of the teamspeak rules.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
- There are some very simple teamspeak admin powers that can be used to keep the teamspeak a nice and relaxing gaming zone to hang out in.
1 - Move - This "move" tool moves a user from a channel to another channel. This can useful to move someone out of your channel if they are mic spamming for example, or breaking any other kind of rule. Also you can help players out by moving them into a locked room, if they are playing the same game and doesn't want to be bothered while in that game as well. Many people tend to use the LoL and CS:GO rooms wisely while in a ranked or competitive match.
2 - Kick - This "kick" feature kicks play from the server or a channel. When you kick from a channel it moves them to the AFK/Lobby, there they can move back into another channel. If they get kicked from the server it boots them off completely, there they can see the kick message, with the reason of the kick. Like I said above, staff would kick them for their 1st or 2nd warning before banning them.
3 - Ban - This "ban" feature bans the player from the server using their IP address. This means they cannot return back until the ban timer is up. People get banned for breaking the rules, mostly likely multiple times. Like I said above banning someone is serious, most likely they have been warned multiple times before getting banned. The ban time depends on which rule is being broken and the seriousness of the situation.
4 - Set Group - This feature allows the staff to add badges or take them away from the teamspeak user. You can set a server group which the user keeps the badge for the whole server or the staff can set channel group, this means in that channel the user will have that badge most likely with permissions. Most likely when you give a badge or take it away, it is right after a meeting, this is when people get promoted and demoted.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).

I know this is a short application, but I took my time explaining everything, and answering the questions to the best of my ability. I have asked teamspeak staff for their approval on making an application, and I am confident that I am capable of doing the job to top expectations of the fellow ts3 staff. I have had experience help running teamspeak servers, I know most of the commands and know when to use them. I am on teamspeak every single day. I am a trusted admin on SSRP and global moderator on minecraft. As I am staff already, I can be trusted with the powers to keep the teamspeak safe and worry free. I really did mess up one time on teamspeak, I got a picture of a user from a community manager, and apparently I wasn't supposed to ask the user if it was really him. So I did what anyone else would do, and I did ask if it was really him. The user reported me and I was banned for 3 hours. After my ban I learned from my mistakes and became a great staff member in my opinion. I have been playing with kenny and tigzter the past few months, both are teamspeak staff and I haven't be banned or kick for a valid reason in a long time. Lead Team did not just ins-ta deny you, it was TS staff and your behavior on TS that brought it down for you, you are active and everything else but your behavior is the thing letting you down for me....

Sure you like to joke around quite a lot but you are on all the time and when it comes to staff related things you're mature enough to handle it and I think you would do a great job.
