Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time as a moderator was fun and hard at the start. And exciting experience and i believe I am ready for a new task. But I play a lot of bloc-42 and when F1s come up I stop RPING and take my time to do them.But when they need an admin I cant do nothing. Not a lot of admins go on bloc-42 so I think if I came an admin I will spend time on block 42 and help players all arownd .my friends when warning them on the server for breaking the rules but at the end of the day I am a moderator and that's is my job.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

One Situation I encountered on my first day was that I had a report that a moderator broke a rule so I went on admin chat and so I took both of the players on to the roof to sort out the situation but after he wood not accepted that what he fort was not true he was saying he was RDMING him but I check the logs and said how long a go his said 10 minutes ago and I was in 20 minutes ago so the logs don't tell lies so I said theirs nothing in the logs so I cant do nothing.SORRY.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?Dear (Players Name),

Hello, first of all congratulations on your position as moderator and well come to the Zarp family.

1.First of all we will start off with Warn: "/Warn 'PlayerName' Then the reason " Only use this command when someone has broke the rules because if you give a false warn it can result in a tier one warning. You can also unwarn by doing "/unwarn 'PlayerName' "

2.Freeze: to use this command you must type "/freeze 'playername' " this will freeze the player so he / she will not be able to move , when you are finished with the player to unfreeze them the command is "/unfreeze 'playername' " so don't leave them frozen.

3.Ignite: Ignite is a command that will set you or another player on fire "/Ignite 'playername' " and to extinguish them do "/extinguish 'playername' "

4.Kick: "/Kick 'playername' 'Reason' " only use this command when some one has broke a rule more that 3 times because its not a valid kick if they Rdmed one person so either kick them for breaking a serious rule or contact a admin to ban them.

5.Slap: "/slap ‘Player’ ‘how many times‘ ‘how many damage’" this will send the player up in to the air in random angles but we moderators tend not to use it as we want to create a minge free server.

6.TP: "/tp" this will tp you to where ever you are looking you can also bind it to a key by typing this in the console bind v "say tp"

7.Slay: This one is pretty self explanatory, when used you will kill the player resulting in them respawing. you can use this command in 4 different ways such as silent/normal/rocket/explode "/slay 'name' silent/normal/rocket/explode "

8.Bring: "/Bring 'playername' " this will bring you to the player

9.Goto: "/goto 'playername' " this will tp you to the player

Okay that is it for the commands and its now time for you to go on duty as a Zarp moderator and once again congratulations on you role as moderator. Please do not abuse these commands as it will result in warnings or a demotion.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear player,
You were banned by me for propspam and your ban time was permanent but as you made a nice ,detailed ban appeal and apologized I have decided to shorten the ban from permanent to 2 weeks Over these 2 weeks you could think about what you have done and why not to do it again if you do , do it again and get banned your chances of getting unbanned are very little. - Accepted and shortened to 2 weeks and make sure you don't break the rules

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I Think I should be chosen for admin because I want to go on block 42 and help players with there F1s. very good under pressure as of server 2 I will also help keep this server under control and also help new moderator with the new job.My time as moderator has been amazing and I am ready for that new challenge and i try to come on as much as impossible and i try to go on sever-1 much more. Also i try to go on team-speak to hang out with everybody also i have been RPing with TIGZ and i feel i have learnt from him because he is a grate SUPER-ADMIN and one of the best i no. And i no that not alot of admin go on the night i no that i do because that's when be and TIGZ and ZIPPY go on to print and i would never news my powers in role play time not even on the night when no one is on.

Ryan you are a great moderator, I see you a lot nowadays on server 1. This is a good application. Just fix up the last question because apparently you haven't included enough words. But either way....
