How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would first evaluate the situation and see what's going on. Then I'd bring the bully into a room and talk to them about it. Next I'd get them both in together and work the situation out, giving appropriate punishments where needed.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Ban - To be used when a user breaks a rule badly. Kick - To get rid of people mic spamming and you move them but they keep returning. Move - to be used when someone is mic spamming and others in the channel don't like it. Delete the User's avatar - To be used when someone has an inappropriate avatar, such as pornography etc.

becus im a cool kid yo. jk. I should be picked because I love everyone and I'm a nice person. I like to have a joke around and won't abuse my powers, even if you annoy me. I don't have any ban/kick history and I respect everyone's opinion. I'm friendly and kind and ye. I like to provide a good enjoyable aura for everyone in my channel and I can handle situations properly and adequately depending on severity. I also speak 2 languages :3
