How would I deal with a disrespectful player?
There are 3 types of disrespect (In my opinion) so I will go over them.

Someone offending Staff/Players
A player comes online, out of the blue suddenly starts to offend Players for no apparent reason other than to be rude and/or funny. As soon as I hear this I would straight away gag/mute them (Depending on tool of chat he/she is using) and a straight warn, after that I would wait for the map to change, as soon as it does I wait until he makes there next move if he continues with the disrespect we would be kicked and I would get a senior member of staff to either Ban for a day or longer depending on damage he/she may have caused.

A fight between two people
A fight has occurred between two players, quickly I "Butt" in and find out what's going on, I try to get answers of both sides of the story. The person I think started it or may have done something to set the other person off I would give a warn to and gag/mute him the other would be verbally warned.

Racism
This is more of the more rare versions of disrespect and doesn't happen often but when it does I start to get mad, someone is making rude and racism remarks to someone on the server I would then warn them followed by a gag and mute later when ungag/unmute I would wait if they continued to be racist I would demand a ban for him because in my eye RACISM IS WRONG.

Why should I be chosen?

Note: Recently having cancer should not effect this app in any way, this is the reason I'm applying because I would like to be moderator cause it's always something I've wanted to do.

One reason I should be chosen is that I have been very important members of different communities before I found Zarp. I used to be Head Admin on a public server it was a fun time I did not get demoted I simply quit, people where getting to offensive towards people and with lack of staff it was a problem. Next off I was Junior Moderator on a private server, not a magical rank but a simple rank I would go online once in a while just to play with mates.

Off the topic of past ranks,
I have been recently been really immature but I have turned that around lately and stopped my stupid silly ways, I still try to keep up with having a laugh with people and being friendly but I focus on not being stupid. I try to keep an Iron fist for Justice and a Golden heart for them who deserve it, being moderator would be a big achievement for me for I see Zarp as a friendly kind a in some ways loving community. I've had a wonderful experience on zarp so far it's been fun meeting and chatting to different people who I may have been made friends with.
