The game tracker is bugged becouse apperenly to EMP the gametracked only records if you get a kill on the server and im mostly playing mod on duty where you are not supposed to kill enyone unless slay wish doesnet record like a kill, but here are the game trackers.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

as an experienced as a admin this is really hard becouse you are used to all the commands that you had as admin but now you have to solve problems in another way. also as an admin you can noclip which is a great advantage to move around and go throu bases to base check which is a hell when you only got teleport to do it with. also i think you dont recive as much as respect as an moderator becouse some times when i catch a rule breaker they just recive there warn and then walk of, tho i dont think the chances of this happening to an admin becouse then they are scared that they are going to get a ban and im so angry becouse mods get to little respect. but overall its been fun to see how it was befor you gt promoted and the eximent if you do

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

when people make f1's about people breaking nlr then i cant really do enything becouse screen shots cant prove if they broke nlr its only if they have video is when i cant determen if they did. but as an admin i cant do print_nlr in console and i can see all the nlr timers for everyone on the server which is a huge advatage. also i have seen some random props laying on the ground and the only way for me to remove them is to teleport the owner of the prop and tell them to remove it and most of the time they are in a raid or there base is getting raided and they get really mad about it but when your admin you can just remove it with your tool gun. also base checking bases is hard when you are a mod becouse you cant most of the times you cant even get into the base where if your admin you can just noclip and check it out.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

hi "name of player" and congrats on your new rank moderator this is and esential mail about the back bone of the moderator. first of all the moderator is the lowest rank in our staff ranking system but you are still supposed to be a roll moddle for the community that should keep rule breaking at a minimal. your job as a moderator is to solve f1's and eliminate rule breakers, with your new rank will also come a hand full of commands that are used to most the f1's. a super admin will meet you ingame to explaint closer how to sove them and and how to deal with rule breakers and how the f1 system works.

here are the commands and tools you can use for solving f1's

Mod On Duty - when you have the moderator rank in game you will be able to shoose the mod on duty as a job. the mod on duty is used for solving f1 and rule breakers you have to switch into that role if you whant to do f1's unless there is something quick and easy you can solve in a pinch you can stay as your current job. the mod on duty is equipped with a keypad checker, the keypadchecker is to help during f1's regarding fading doors and keypads, its used so when you shoot at a fading door is will display witch keypad is used for opening it and how long the duration of opening is you can right klick to unselect a door.

/Teleport - the /teleport command is used when you whant to move around quickly by looking at a place on the ground and typing /teleport you will be moved to that place to be able to teleport frealy when every you whant you can type in console bind [Key] "say /teleport" now every time you press that key you bind it to you will teleport to where you are looking (DO NOT ABUSE THIS) this can only be used when you are not role playing such as when you are mod on duty or when someone begs for help. also if you type /teleport [player name] you will teleport the player with that name to where you are looking.

/back and /backspawn - the /back [Name] commands is broken at the momment but its used for when you accedenly teleport someone and to get them back where they originaly was. /backspawn [Name] will teleport the player with that name to the spawn (remember) this does not remove there items just so you know.

/warn - the /warn [Name] [reasson] is used for warning players if they have broken a rule the /warn works like this /warn chris rdm this will warn the player chris for rdm but if chris name looks like this chris the awesome then just warn chris becouse if you type this /warn chris the awesome rdm then you will warn chris the awesome for the awesome rdm.

/kick - this command is used for kicking players of the server this can be used for example if someone is propspaming you can kick them to quickly remove there props and get them of the server the command works like this /kick [Name] the player with that name will be kicked.

/freeze - the /freeze [name] command is used for when people you whant to stay still is moving to get them to instanly frozen when they are frozen then cant move or look around they can type and speak in the mic so you can confront them the command works like this /freeze [Name] the player with that name will be frozen.

/ingnite - the /ignite [Name] command is not so use full when dealing f1's if you do /ignite [Name] then the player with that name will start burning and take dmg. (DO NOT ABUSE THIS!)

slap - the slap command is used for slaping people a number of time with some dmg with eache slap. the command is not so use full when solving a f1. the slap command is hard to type and should be performed using the tap menu how to use the tab menu come longer down in the mail. (DO NOT ABUSE THIS!)

/slay - the /slay [Name] command is used if you whant to kill someone but doesnt have a weapon to do so this can be used to remove a big weapon from a hobo or a citizen becouse when they die there wepons gets removed (DO NOT ABUSE THIS!) in the tab menu there is more options in slaying you can do.

mute - the mute command is used to mute players this command is hard to handle in chatt so please use the tab menu when using it. the mute command basicly makes the player unable to talk in there mic this can be used if some one is mic spaming then you can give them a mute and a warn.

/bring and /goto - the /bring [Name] will bring the player with that name to you the /goto [Name] will bring you to the player with that name in the tap menu there is more options options you can do with goto and bring.

so that was all the command you now have remember the most of these commands can be used throu the tab menu, to use a command from the tab menu you klick a name and then the command you whant to apply to them.
ZARP has to server server 1 and server 2 the second one is less active but dont forget to check it our once in a while.
got eny questions or just whant to talk you can connect the team speak ip where most of the staff will hang most of the time.

hi player x you where baned by the admin Releven (me) and you where baned for prop spam which is a serious rule broken but we have seen that you have put alot of time and effort in making your app and becouse this is your first ban we have decided to shorten your ban time down to 4 weeks

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

i think i should be promoted becouse i have alot of experience with being and admin on ZARP i was demoted not so long ago form admin down to moderator becouse i have been to inactive but ive put a change to that and i have becomen way more acctive now and decided to start playing regulary again. i dont acctuly like playing rp for real i think its kind of boring just sitting there and printing money and hardly ever rp i only go on duty and do f1s becouse i like the feeling of changing the communty and eliminating rule breakes from the server by being promoted to admin i can do this in a much faster rate and in a much more efficient way then ever. i also play alot on server two where there is hardly eny admins on and there for it is alot of rule breaking going on there but im here to put a stop to that and keep it acctive and minge free. ofcoruse i will come on server 1 once in a while aswell.

I think that you were and have been a good if not great Moderator most of the time, but you can be immature at some points, but everyone knows that. Your English is not great, but it is understandable and will improve over time. Your application was good but there were some grammar mistakes but that shouldn't be judged too hardly. Indeed, you do have your ups and downs but I think you will be an even better SSRP Admin.

even tho i got a -Support im really happy for your answer becouse now i have a to do list to fill in -.-. also i am the only one ive seen on duty on server 2. also you are saying that i have bad nolage of the rules when you broke two of them first warning me when im a mod and second of all warning me becouse i have a car as a hobo. you even got a warning for it so ya.

Please at least use some of your time to research the person applying before making false statements.

If you claim these hours are not enough then you need to lower your standards because we do realise that staff have lives and shouldn't be restricted from administrator just because they cannot spend every hour of every day on the server.

To follow up from that playtime "-support" we do not expect staff to do unbelievable hours. If they have the experience and enjoy playing the server and will continue to put in this many hours a week then of course they are allowed to apply for staff.
When you mentioned that you are not sure why he even got admin the first time around made me laugh as Releven has been staff on ZARP since the old management before Chute owned the community and has stuck with ZARP since then so to say "Moreover, applying for admin after not working on your activity for more than a few hours shows your lack of commitment towards ZARP. " shows how little you researched him before posting your reply.

If you are not going to put time into making your reply constructive and helpful then do not bother replying as it is not helpful the slightest just opinions of an uninformed staff member who wants to post for no apparent reason.
Of course your -support is not the deciding factor on whether or not this applicant is given admin but it shows that you are most likely going to be voting no during the meeting for these invalid reasons.

Hope you read all of that and understand that next time you post your criteria based response that you atleast know what you are talking about.

I'm not sure if you noticed what I said before even stating my opinion but for the sake of not spamming replies here, I'll make this short. I stated that I'm trying to help everyone with my posts and would appreciate if people didn't take it personally.

By criticizing people, I give them a way to get a better chance of getting accepted. I truly didn't intend to offend him and I will edit my post if its that offending. Moreover, I have nothing against relvens and wouldn't mind voting yes if he had 150 hours on the server with a good activity. The reason I said he isn't active is because he recently just started becoming active and that's not enough to get admin, in my opinion becoming active for a few days after being so inactive isn't enough to get admin.

I think you got me all wrong here, I didn't say Releven shouldn't be an admin. I'm just asking why he got admin so I can compare how he used to be to how he is now. If I'm not wrong Releven got demoted for being inactive, so shouldn't he do something to prove he will stay active when he gets admin? I don't search back on people because it shows how he used to be in the past and not in the present, for example:" I could have been the most helpful guy on ZARP but after I stop being helpful then I stopped being useful." All I'm trying to say is that he should show us ( or me since this is only my opinion ) that he will remain as active as he used to be.

I would appreciate if you didn't involve me in YOUR admin application, I've talked to tigz just today and its been resolved. I won't go into details but I believe I proved to him that none of those were my fault and the warning I got was from a fellow admin who was joking about it...
Before I wrap up, I would like to apologize for offending you, all I'm trying to do is help but since you obviously don't want it, I will not check this thread again until the meeting.

To wrap up, like I've stated before and will state again. I DO NOT mean to offend anyone with my posts and I hope that none of you will be offended by the one I'm writing now. There would be no commotion on the forums since it is for discussing and I am discussing the admin application you wrongly posted inconsiderate ill informed replies to.

When you give someone a -support it means you are not going to support them in getting the staff position which implies you are going to vote no during the meeting.

When you also mention that you give neutrals to people you do not know yet you gave him -support because you have not seen him. If you have not seen someone you do not judge them on your opinions but instead base it on the staff teams views on them. If you have no knowledge of a player/staff member then you take the views from the other members in the staff team because at the end of the day you should trust their sense of judgement since they were accepted into the staff team for qualities like that.

If you are going to make posts like these and claim they are being criticised for their benefit when in reality you are providing no sure way for them to improve on anything. Right now your reply on says that because you have not seen him in-game and cannot be bothered checking his gametracker time, that you will not support him and probably vote no.

I highly suggest you just give up on posting those long winded replies to applications if you are not going to tell them how to improve or at least learn a bit about who they are. Checking someone's past can give a good insight as to how long they have been here and how they behave and are thought of by old/current players and staff. It is useful if you want to get to know the person a little before tearing their application up unnecessarily.

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..

You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily.
