How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First I will ask him/her to stop. And if he continues then I will warn him and mute/gag him. And if he still continues after 2 warnings then i will kick him. And after kick if he is very rude and continues then I will ban him for 12h.

Why I should be chosen:
I think that i should be chosen, because I was Admin (shutted down)on one big server and I own 2 servers so I know that how to be
a moderator. And I have been noticed that every morning in Zarp DR servers have like 2 players, and few times I saw few guys boosting on one of the zarp dr servers. I think that is so wrong that some of the guys just boost and get so many points, but i can stop it because I start playing gmod early in the morning in Finland. And I really enjoy playing on this server and I want that other players enjoy too without rude players or cheaters. I play every day 3h. Peace!

Well first of peruna, your application looks really nice and professional. I have seen you in game a lot and you are a nice person to talk to.

What's wrong with your application

1) You haven't linked you gametracker information, so we don't know how long you have been playing on zarp for, please put your GT information in.

2) We only accept people who are dedicated to zarp and as you said " I am Admin on one big server" this could be a problem, if you want to be a staff member on zarp you would need to quit whatever server you are admin on.

Ok I will and I made a mistake in that "big server" it was shutted down few months ago.

Your servertime is very low, 24h on server 2 (with all your previous names calculated)
and 0 hours on server 1

Also like Rainbow said if you want to be staff on ZARP you cant be staff on another community/competitive server.

The server is shutted down im not admin in there tom and now im like 3h almost every day...
