How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

Firstly I would verbally warn the player. If the disrespect continues after a verbal warning If the player carries on I would !mute or !gag the player then warn them with the ingame command. if the play is still disrespecting after this I would kick the player. If the player joins the server again and continues I would contact a higher staff member telling them what the player has done and see if they want to take further action such as a ban.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen because I have a lot of experience at moderating servers. I have been admin and moderator on many deathrun, ttt and darkrp servers before. Furthermore I have also developed servers suchas : Darkrp, TTT, Prophunt and a sandbox server which shutdown because of lack of funding. I am also a reliable player. playing every chance I can get. I have clocked about 17 hours so far and am planning to continue playing almost all day through the summer holidays and every chance I can when the new school term starts.
