How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First by giving them a verbal warning to stop their behaviour, If the abuse is persistant than the player will be muted/gagged followed by another warning. If the player is still behaving in a disrespectful manner then I will make sure further action is taken by a staff member with more power.

Why I should be chosen:
I've been consistently playing on this server for over a week and over the hours have gotten to know many of the staff and regular users and are very friendly with them. I've never been given any warnings or bans from servers and have no interest in being in any gmod community other than this one. I'm easy to talk to, friendly and a good judge of character meaning I can easily deal with problematic players and other problems. Although my play time may appear low i've only recently really gotten into gmod but have instantly found a good sense of community and friendship within the Zarp servers. I hope you will consider my application as I feel I can be an asset to the community as a moderator.

I never played DR or have I ever talked to you before. So Im just basically going to judge you by your application. You sound like you know how to deal with bad people, even rule breakers and the reason why you should be chosen is good too. We need some more female staff members in Zarp so I will give you a +Support!

P.S. You should play some DarkRP or even come on TS3 sometime to get to know even more people.

We need these so we can check activity (very important!), so it would be great if you could edit your app and add a link for both servers.

You don't need a gametracker profile just go on gametracker zarp deathrun server 1 and 2, search up your name and then copy the links.

Ive also played with you ingame before and you are a friendly person.
The only thing is your gametracker. It is low.
but you have until friday to better it.

I agree with what random said, your application looks really nice and professional, but the only problem i see here is your ingame time is low if you could increase your hours on both s1 and s2 that would be great.

My final verdict for you application is Neutral, I will change it to +Support if you get your hours up on both servers.
