How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
Firstly a verbal warning will be given, telling them to stop disrespecting the player. If he/she carries on, a !mute <player name> or !gag <player name> will be taken place followed with a warning. If the player carries on I will then call a higher authorized staff member such as an admin or superadmin to take further action such as a ban.

Why I should be chosen
Over the hours I've played on the server I have adjusted to the rules and the consequences they have. This gives me acknowledgement allowing me to know if a player is disobeying the rules and actions will be taken at a faster notice. Also at peak times there aren't any many staff on sometimes non and I'm usually on for several hours which means longer period of times the server could be monitored. I'm also friendly and easy to talk to, this allows the players to ask me questions which could further their knowledge about the server and the commands that follow with it (such as F1, for settings such as third person, player listing and auto-hop or F4 for the shop.) On top of that, I have had experience as a staff member on other servers, by this I mean I know the responsibilities I will take on.
