Steam Name: [Z] Pepper
LINK to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198048039840/ SteamID: STEAM_0:0:43887056 Age: 16 Languages I speak: English and Norwegian How would you deal with someone who is BEING bullied on TS3?: I would speak to him privately in a locked channel. I would then ask questions about the bullying. Who is doing it, what is he saying etc. I would then speak with the accused bully and hear his side of the story. If evidence provided of the bullying, I would either warn or ban him depending on what he said/did. If no evidence is provided, I would tell the "bully" to stop if he is doing it. I would then keen an eye on him. After the conversation I would tell the bullier to try and collect evidence against the person. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.: The ability to move a person: You have the power to drag a person from one channel to another channel. This is useful for talking to players privately. But you should always ask for permission before moving someone to a different channel. The ability to kick a person: You can kick people either from the channel, or from the server. If you kick them from the channel, the person will be moved to the Lobby. If you kick them from the server, they get disconnected and they need to reconnect to the teamspeak server. Kicking is used to punish a player that for example is micspamming or trolling. The ability to ban a person: You can ban people from the server. This prevents them from connecting to the teamspeak server for a period of time of your choice, or permanently. This is used for punishing a mass rulebreaker. A person that just wont learn after several warnings and maybe a few kicks. Why I should be chosen (longer ANSWER expected here - at least 70 words).: I think I should be chosen because I am very active on teamspeak. Whenever I play on ZARP, I am on the teamspeak server. I want to help as much as I can to keep the rulebreakers off the server. I have experienced people rulebreaking alot, and I want to prevent that from happening. I am really enjoying being on the teamspeak and I enjoy meeting new people every day. |
