Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match is when a player is killing another player for no reason or shooting at them to damage their health. Player(X) just spawns in to see a gun shop. Player(x) then buys a gun and decides to shoot(Or Kill) Player(Y) because he wanted to try the gun.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The New Life Rule is when a player dies and he can't return to that area for 3 minutes(also must forget everything about that life)

Player(X) is at the bank and he turns around to find that hes getting mugged by Player(Y). Player(X) does not present the money to the mugger in the time given so Player(Y) shoots and Killed player(X) now Player(X) can't return to that area till his 3 minutes is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a term used when players give information that is roleplay based in the out of character chat.

Player(X) starts telling people he knows a base thats got printers and druglabs in (OOC)chat. Then Player(Y) and Player(X) go raid that base together.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would first teleport both players to me then ask Player(X) what his story is and why he thinks he rdm him. Once Player(X) is done telling me his side of the story. I would then ask Player(Y) why did you kill him and that Player(X) is telling me it was rdm. If player(Y) admits to me that he was in the wrong I would issue a warning. If player(Y) Says he did not do it. I then would ask Player(X) do you have any proof of him doing the RDM. If no Proof was given. I would tell them I can't issue any punishment here because have no proof and explain to him just because the logs says he killed you dose not mean its rdm.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport Player(X) and Player(Y) then I would ask Player(X) how did Player(Y) break NLR and do you have any proof. once I got everything from Player(X) I would then speak to Player(Y)and see what he needs to say. If Player(X) does have proof of the NLR I would issue a warning. If player(X)does not have proof I would tell him I would need proof and tell them both what the NLR rule is and please don't break it.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would /pm Player(X) telling him who I'am and that I need him to stop advertising for help in OOC. if he continues to keep calling for help well the raid is still going on I would then wait till its over and and issue Player(X) a warning for metagaming. and tell him why he got this warning and tell him to please reread the rules.



Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I should be chosen because I'm dedicated in helping the server and the people of ZARP. I'm confident in knowing the rules as I always check them to see if they are changed when I join the server if not I always reread them over to refresh my mind. I
always try and make sure to involve myself into the community and roleplay and give advice to new or old players. I feel like I would give a fair and understanding judgement to anyone as I'm not biased to players because I would hate to be treated that way if I was the one asking for help through the F1. I would love to be the one doing the F1's not reporting them so I hope I get the chance to be part of the ZARP staff and make the server enjoyable to the players and keep them rule breakers in check.

Tea Leaf, where to start?
First met Tea leaf last week when he was RP as the council (great RP) since then we have always spoken to each other when online and have sometimes RP as a custom job.
Great guy all round and very friendly.
Good knowledge on the Rules and haven't personally seen him breaking any of them.

I am 100% sure Tea Leaf would make a great addition to the team. He is very helpful and is always active. He has seen me explaining to people where to go buy cars or how to use the seeds and has offered to take time out of his game time to go show them so I can go on to other f1s. He knows the rules line to line and also helped others that are not sure about a rule.

All and all it's a +support for me.

Additional Note(s) about you: I've did your F1s a few times and I have to say, you act more mature than any other player and even if a player lies, you stay calm instead of swearing at him. Last but not least you are a very very kind and friendly person and judging from all those supports, I doubt I'm the only one who has said that.
