How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Tell him/her to stop and ask why he/she is disrespecting. If he/she continues I'd warn him/her and mute/gag, then unmute/ungag the round after that. If he/she continues I would kick him/her. If he/she comes back and still continues I would ban him/her if I could.

Why I should be chosen: I've been playing on this server a lot and only have 1 warning. Active during the morning (that's when there are almost no staff members). I have experience with liars. When something needs to be done, I get it done. Active most of the week. I most of the times keep something short and clear instead of giving a really long explanation.

I know moderators can't ban, thats why I put: "if I could" in it.

Good application, although you might want to ask what the problem is and try to resolve it before you hand out mutes and gags. Other than that you have included everything you need to make a good app. In-game I would like to see how you handle situations and how you can resolve them with simplicity. First off harridas your application is really nice, Also you are a nice and friendly person to talk to ingame and on TS the only problem with this application is your (Why I should be chosen bit) is less then 75 words if you could add some more words to it that would be great

Now i'm getting onto your ingame stuff, you always follow the rules and tell other people off if the break the rules or are about to break them, you help out people in game if they need help.

My final verdict is a +Support, if you could add some more words to your application that would be great
