Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is an act of a random killing between players.
Example: John(x) walks up to chris(y) and decides to shoot and kill him, For no reason at all. Will be considered an act of RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a 3 minute counter of return on a fresh spawn after death. Meaning you cannot go back to the last place of death until the timer is up.
Example: Billy(x) saw a base and decided to raid it. Inside was James(y) off gaurd and gets killed from behind by Billy(x). James(y) decides to respawn and head right back to his base before the 3 minutes is up. James(y) ends up killing Billy(x) breaking the rule known as NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is telling information about something/someone in the server. outside the game or out of character(OOC)
Example: Tommy seen freds druglabs and printers through a window. Tommy decides to talk in OOC and ranting out the base and its location. "(OOC)Tommy: Fred has druglabs and printers by the fuel station with the red windows"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all I will tp both of them to a secure and private place. Asking them what was going on listening very clearly to each of their sayings. If there doesn't seem to be any proof of what happened or any telling on the logs. The player that committed the RDM will be Warned and be put back where he was.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will tp them both. If there is only proof of player X committing nlr. It will be an instant warning for it is a broken rule automatically. Then I will ask why he did it and tell him to rethink his actions and not to do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will teleport to him not interrupting his troubles and I will clearly tell him not to metagame through OOC. If he decides to do it again I will give him a warning for not listening and reading the rules about metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I have been in this server for quite awhile now. Dedicating alot of time into it, seeing all that can happen. mostly rule breaking, Which is quite common for a big server. I have seen many people asking for an admin or mods help. I think I can help alot with them and F1's because I like to be smooth with my service. Doing it quick and perfect. I read every rule twice a day, To keep updated with any new implements. I record alot of demos of my gameplay just in case. I am a very friendly character once you get to know me. Lastly, I am positive I will be a huge impacted if you decide to choose me .

What describes ChinChin? Helpful, Active, Knows the rules. The list would be endless for what kinda of RP pleasure he brings to the server. He is always helping people understand the rules when they have it wrong. It looks like he took his time on the Application and is really going after what he wants to do. First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.

However, the meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this feedback:

Get a better knowledge of the rules and improve attitude/seriousness.

You are welcome to apply again at any point.
