How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: If someone was being bullied I would find out who the bully is and transfer them both to a private channel. Here, we would discuss what was going on in detail and see if a simple apology could be established and if the person who is being bullied thought this is enough. If not, then I would ask for evidence of bullying and if it was serious then I would tempban the bully from the TS server.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately: As TS staff I have access to a number of powers that regular members do not have.
I can set someone as a priority speaker - This could be used during meetings. For example I could set the Host of the meeting to be the Priority Speaker for that channel, therefore his voice is the Priority and if other people are talking the other client(s) volume will be turned down.
I can Set Server Groups - This can be used if someone has a new IP and they therefore do not have their server badges. I can then set them to their required groups. I won't however add new people to the groups 'LoL Team' or the 'ZARP CS:GO Team', as I am not the owner of either team, therefore I cannot give new people that badge unless I have permission to.
I can also Kick Clients from the Channel - This could be used if a player joins a Non-Music channel and begins to play music without the consent of the other people in there. I would then kick that person from the channel.
Kick Client from Server is another power I have access to - Similarly to the Kick Client from Channel command, II could use this if someone keeps joining a channel and micspamming with music. I would most likely use the Kick from Channel command instead of this but if they continued to do it in other channels then I would kick them from the server and eventually tempban them.
Speaking of banning, the next command is Ban Client - I would use this if someone is breaking a lot of rules/or bullying or disrespecting someone.
Finally, I can move clients to and from different TeamSpeak channels - I can use this in a meeting when someone has joined the server late and need to be moved in. Also, if I need to speak to someone in private about someone who is breaking rules or being harassed or bullied, I can move them into a separate channel and deal with the matter in private.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words): I should be chosen for TeamSpeak staff because I am on TS everyday and I sometimes see rulebreakers that I cannot punish because I am not staff. Also, the other day a person came into the channel with me and my friends saying that there was a guy that keeps following him around channels trolling him with soundboards and music. He was pretty angry because of this guy but I was disappointed that I could only say that I couldn't do anything about him. I would have loved to help him out but I simply couldn't. I think I would be a great TS staff member and I would help people out who are in need.
