Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. I do not mean/intend to offend you in my feedback and I hope that all my criticism and compliments will be taken into consideration.

Additional Note(s) about your Application: To start off your activity and time on the servers are more than enough but I see you didn't put a lot of time in your application. I think you should reread your app at least 2 times and compare it to your colleagues' apps. Do you really think you can get accepted if you post the app int he wrong section, not work on your design nor grammar. Moreover, your answer to the last question:
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I Think I should be chosen for admin because i want to go on block 42 and help players with there F1s. very good under pressure as of server 2 I will also help keep this server under control and also help new moderator with the new job.My time as moderator has been amazing and I am ready for that new challenge also i love ZARP but i don't like rule Breaking so if i come ADMIN i can do more stuff with my much in proved response ability.I try to go on ZARP teamspeak as much as i can. And i go on ZARP every day and when i am on i do F1s then when the F1s are all gone i RP.And i respect every player and every staff. thank you for reading my application.
This is only 140 words and it includes a lot of repetition, bad grammar and you have basic spelling mistakes. I suggest you work on your English, fix your app and ask for it to be moved to the correct section.

In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.
