How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would first establish why and how long the player has been bullying another player to determine the punishment. I would also find out what has been said and find a reason for why it has been said. No one in the community should be bullied and I feel the punishment should be harsh so anything from a few days ban up to a perm ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately:
Permissions: Permissions can be given to players to allow access to certain channels, this can be used to allow only certain members into a certain room.
Kick: Allow a player to kick another player from the server or a channel. This can be used for players who are spamming or following others to channels without them wanting.
Ban: Allow a player to ban or temp ban another payer from the server. This can be used for players who are constantly breaking rules or serious problems such as racism and bullying.
Server groups: Server groups can be used to set a player to have certain images next to there name to distinguish their ranks on any of the Zarp servers. E.g. If a player is promoted to Moderator on Zarp you can set them to the moderator logo which other players can then see to find the staff on the servers. Not all groups are staff ranks though, there can be ranks for server teams such as CsGo or LoL but these server groups should only be given by the team owners.
Move: This can be used to move a player to a different group. E.g if a player is breaking rules, you may need to move them to a new room so it is quite so that you can warn them and ask why they did what they did. It can also be used to move players to meetings.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words):
I would like to be chosen as Teamspeak staff as I am extremely active on Teamspeak as I have chose it as my main communication program over Skype. I am constantly on Teamspeak to communicate with the players who are on the same game with me or even just to talk. Most of my time spent on my computer I am logged on to Teamspeak which would mean i'm available for all players to contact me.
I am a friendly person who listens to both sides of the argument before making a judgement and in all situations I make sure I have an unbiased opinion before punishing a player so everyone will be treated fairly.
