Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Also known as "RDM", When a player randomly kills another without a reason.

Player x is walking around the map with his gun he and for some reason decides to kill player y. This would be RDM as there was no reason for him to kill player y.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

Also known as "NLR", When a player is killed and returns to the area they were killed before their NLR timer has finished.

Player x is raiding a base and is killed. Player x respawns and his NLR timer is set to 3 minutes. Player x wants to continue raiding the base so returns to it before the NLR timer has reached 0.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:

Metagaming is when a player uses out of character ways to get information.

If player x uses character information in a out of character chats such as OOC and advert. Eg.
player x uses /ooc im getting raided near the petrol station.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport to the accusing player and ask him/her to tell me what happened. I would then teleport player x and player y to a unused place such as a rooftop to figure out who is telling the truth. If it turns out that the player did RDM the player either by getting a confession or by checking the logs but doesn't try to cause further trouble while resolving the problem I would warn or verbally warn player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport to player x and ask him/her to tell me what happened. I would then teleport to player y to confirm what happened. If the stories don't match I would do my best to find proof for either person, If it turns out the player did break NLR then I would warn/verbally warn player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would warn/verbally warn the player for breaking metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):

I would like to be chosen as mod as I know the rules and I always follow them. I enjoy playing and helping members of the community when I am online which is most days of the week and a lot longer over the weekend. I am currently on a school break which has allowed me to play longer on the server. I have almost doubled my playing time in just a few days.

While on the server I am usually able to help players with the limited power, I try to help all players have a good experience and report the people who I see breaking the rules, being mod would allow me to sort these issues out on my own and eventually help other mods out.

I would like to be chosen as mod as I would like to be staff for part of this growing community I have played while the old owners of Zarp owned the server and also while the new have. I have watched the server grow from a few dozen to 100 upwards players.
