Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I think i am a mod for long enough to understand that my powers are not high enough to help all the people on the server. Some people are breaking the rules and i can't do much but kick and warn them. I am really active on the server . I know the rules very well and if i become an admin i could help more than i can right now.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Once there was a user that changed his name to my and 3 diffrent staff members name and RDM'ed people. I didn't notice it until someone said in OOC: "Help someone called AnilTheDoctor Harper is RDM'ing people in spawn" then i checked the logs and i saw that he changed his name to 3 diffrent staff members and RDM'ed people. I copied his Steam:id and sent it to admin chat and i asked people to ban him.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello [Name], first and foremost welcome to our staff group, I hope you will have great time while being a moderator and not to abuse your powers.

I will explain you the commands you have, when and why to use them.

First command i would like to start with is:

/tp <Player name(optional)> This command allows you to tp yourself or other players to the direction you are looking at. It is pretty useful you can bind it by typing "bind key "say /tp" " in console. Don't use it when you are roleplaying. You can use it when you are Mod on duty to travel faster or teleport players on roofs to talk to them.

Second command is:

/bring <player name> [player name] This command allows you to bring people to yourself or to the other players. Don't abuse it, don't use it unless you will bring a rulebreaker.

Third command is:

/back This command allows you to teleport users to their old position (before getting teleported). This command doesn't work unless you use /tp <player name>. Somehow it doesn't work with /bring. Only use it after you finish your F1 and teleport the user and yourself back.

/goto <name> This command is used to teleport yourself to the player. Don't abuse it. Use it when doing f1's

/freeze This command is used to freeze people. Basically it freezes them and they can't move. (NOTE: Players are immortal when freezed.) Don't abuse it. Only use it if someone is RDM'ing and don't forget to unfreeze with /unfreeze

/Ignite <name> Don't abuse this command. You don't really need to use it

/slap <name> <damage> Don't abuse this command. You don't really need to use it

/slay <name> <normal/silent/explode/rocket> Don't abuse this command. For example you can use it when a citizen is refusing to holster his big gun

So these are the commands will help you while you are a moderator. Good luck.

Pretty much the most useful command:
/warn This command is used to warn rulebreakers. Don't abuse it. You always should use Steam:ID when warning people. If you warn someone by accident you can unwarn them with /unwarn

And the last command:
/kick You can kick people with this command. You can use this command when someone refuses to delete his prop-block. And you can kick people when they are prop-spamming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see the effort you put in your appeal. You were banned for prop-spamming which is a serious rulebreaking that can crash the server. As i see this is your first ban and you wrote a nice appeal. I will lower your ban time to 2 week and if i see you prop spamming again i will ban you permanently and i won't unban you.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I have been a moderator for 6 weeks now. I have seen a lot of peopel prop spamming, leaving to avoid warn, RDM and leave, name abuse. I can't do anything about them when they leave. And when they prop spam i can't ban them i only can kick them which they can come back and prop spam again. Usually there is no admins on only moderators. My powers aren't enough to deal with the rule breakers. For example one time someone prop spammed and lagged the server really bad that i can't even move. And i was the only staff on server, i called xhantium and darthvader but they couldn't even join. So i kicked him but he came back and did it again. So it didn't really work. I think i am a moderator for long enough to understand that my powers are not enough to help people. If i become an admin i could help more than i already do
