Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
When I started as Moderator 2 months ago, I was worried the whole time if I was doing something wrong. But with the time I spent as Moderator, I gathered much more self-confidence and think I’m ready to get promoted. I also found out that there are people on the server who just lie or are inpatient and do anything to not get warned, even if they already know there is enough evidence to get warned. But there are also people who stay honest and friendly all the time and I hope that the amount of people like that will rise in our community.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I had a case where a mutant massrdmed people, I teleported him to me and asked him about it and then he just killed me. Then I teleported him back and froze him. He started to talk and there I realized that he only could talk Russian I tried to talk English to him but he only understood some words so I translated everything in googletranslator and said him to write and not to talk so that I can translate what he said too. Then he explained me that he doesn’t know the rules and didn’t want to translate it. So I took the time and explained him the rules as good as I could with googletranslator.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

As a moderator you will be a representative of ZARP and you should never break rules and warn the rule breakers .But if you get caught breaking a rule you won’t just receive a warning like you got it as normal user you will receive a tier warning (more information: zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/4-report-...-staff-warning-tiers). As a Moderator you will receive access to new commands. I recommend you to use the Tab Menu to use the command on a player.
-/tp teleports you to location you are looking. I recommend you to goto your console and put this inside: bind "[button you want to teleport]" "say /tp
-/goto [player] brings you to the location of the selected player, if you are handling an F1 you can also make right click, and select goto to go to the player you are attending his F1.
-/bring [player] teleports the selected player to you, if you are handling an F1 you can also make right click, and select bring to bring the player you are attending his F1.
-/freeze With this command you are able to freeze a player so he won’t be able to run away or attack you. You should use this command to stop a player from running away if he tries.
-/kick [player] [reason] That is the most powerful command you have to kick someone you will need a strong reason.
Reminder: if you kick them they will lose printers and weapons so use it with caution.
/back Brings you to the last location before teleport.
-/warn [player] [reason] Will warn player after 3 warnings he will get kicked and after 4 he will be banned for 1 hour.
-/unwarn [player] to take warn back.
Rarely used commands:
-/slay [player] normal Will kill the player.
-/slap [player] [amount of damage] [how many times] Self explaining.
-/ignite [player] [time] Will make the selected player burn and make him take damage over time.
-/unignite [player] To take ignite back.
U aren’t allowed to use any of this commands in RP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Thx for taking the time to make an appeal here on the forum and see that you really are sorry for your mistake and have learned from it I will reduce your ban to 5 days.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think that I should be promoted, because I have already been Moderator for two months and feel that I’m ready for a higher rank. I also try my best to do f1s whenever I can. I am also online nearly every day for a minimum of 1 hour or more (I mainly just play on server one and scarcely ever on server two). Also a point why I should get chosen as Admin is that I have gained much more experience in those two months as Moderator. I also think that the admin rank will give me the possibility to handle f1s quicker (e.g. had to check a base but couldn’t get access because the doors were closed, I tried to teleport but I got stuck in a wall) and situations like these could be solved a lot easier and faster when I would be able to use no clip. The ability to physgun a player would also help me to have better control over a situation.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
