How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Well I'd start with a verbal warn. If he continues warn or mute/gag and if he continues after map change, I'd ask admin for a 1day ban

Why I should be chosen: I love both servers and players here. Community is just awesome! I'm fairly new guy here thought. Been playing for 2month(ish). What I could bring to you is a moderator who could be online on times there are no staff online. It's just horrible to play with 20players and no staff. Moderating is hard job, but I believe I could do it. I have never been moderator on gmod servers tho.

I probably don't have that much friends here, maybe because I'm "the quiet guy". I have mic but I don't talk that much. But in the overall I'm mature and friendly.
