Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have now been a moderator at ZARP DarkRP for over three weeks, and I have learned a lot of stuff as a moderator ever since I joined. I know all the rules, and I give all the offenders that break the rules a appropiate and fair punishment. I have after three weeks learned how to deal with people seeking help, and learned about what sort of punishments the offender should be getting when breaking any of our rules at ZARP DarkRP, I have also got a lot of experience using our moderator tools which will help me understand the admin tools and how they work aswell with my knowledge about being a moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have had many situations when people don't believe that the warning I gave them was valid and that they don't believe there is a rule doing the offence that they did.

A short example is when I got RDM'ed as a citizen by a Mutant, after I got killed I decided to bring him to a roof to speak with him in private.

I told him what rule he broke and that he shoulden't do it again as it will be resulted in more warnings and eventually a temporary ban, the person however keept going telling me that I don't know the rules and that I am a bad moderator.

I therefore explained to the person that these rules can be seen on our forum or by writing the command !motd, the person continued and woulden't listen to me. I decided therefore to bring a admin to the situation that told the offender that I was right and that he should listen to me.

The situation was after that solved, when he got confirmation from a admin.

I choosed this story not only because it was a strange and difficult situation, but also to show that we all work togheter in the staff team.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Welcome Peter,
You have been accepted to becoming a moderator on ZARP DarkRP.

My name is Kevin and my goal is to train you to becoming a moderator, I will begin this training by showing you how to use the moderator commands and I will finally in the end of this e-mail guide you through how you are able to use the F1 system.

We begin by going through all the moderators commands,

Commands:
/Slap <STEAM-ID/Player> <Damage>
The following command is used to slap a player, it is mostly not used.
/Ignite <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to set a player on fire, it is mostly not used.
/Unignite <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to unignite the player from burning.
/Slay <STEAM-ID/Player>
The follwing command is used to slay a player, it is mostly used when a player don't want to drop a weapon if they have broken the gun rules.
/Freeze <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to freeze a player, can be used during F1's examplewise.
/Unfreeze <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to unfreeze a player.
/Warn <STEAM-ID/Player> <Reason>
The following command is used to warn a player.
/Unwarn <STEAM-ID/Player>
The follwing command is used to take back a warning, incase you made a false warning.
/Voicemute <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to mute a players microphone, it is used when a player is microphone spamming.
/kick <STEAM-ID/Player> <Reason>
The following command is used to kick a player from the server, this command is rarley used unless there is no admins online that can't ban the person for prop spamming or RDM, etc.
/Goto <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to teleport to a player position.
/Teleport <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to teleport a player to the position where you are looking at.
/Back <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to bring a player back to his or her location before you used the /teleport command.
/Bring <STEAM-ID/Player>
The following command is used to bring a player too you, when using this command the /back command doesen't work.

The F1 system is a system which is made both for the players and for the staff, a player presses F1 and makes a report on something he needs help with.

When he does this we recieve a blinking red text showing that there is a unsolved F1 that needs to be taken care off as soon as possible, we then press F1 on our keyboard and is able to right click and press "Handle" to take the F1.

You can also check the logs by going into the logs section, and search for a players name, this is a great way to find out RDM'ers and CDM'ers as everything is being saved in this log.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player X,
Thank you for making a ban appeal, I have gone through your ban appeal and decided to shorten your ban to 1 (one) week with the reason being as you have put a lot of effort and I can see your are very sorry for what happened during that day, you will not be unbanned immeatley with the reason being that we take propspammers really serious on our server, however I will shorten your ban to 1 week and I hope to see you on the server once your ban expires!

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):
I believe I deserve to be promoted to a admin, as I believe there is a shortage of admins on ZARP DarkRP. I think we have a good amount of moderators but we don't have a lot of admins. I think brining an experienced moderator such as myself could help the community in keeping the server clean from rule breakers and letting people having fun on the server by keeping away all the rule breakers.

I have in many cases meet prop spammers and rule breakers that should have been banned on the spot but instead they are being kicked by myself as there are no admins online, and reported at a later time when it comes admins online.

I have also warned and eventually temporary banned them by warning them because they are breaking the rules as they are angry, at that case I would temporary ban them for 12 hours with the reason saying that they should calm down, this would prevent me from temporary banning people because they are angry and say and do stupid stuff in there anger.

I think another admin such as myself would bring the community up, and improve the quality of the players gametime here on ZARP DarkRP.

I would also be able to freeze props which is a great command that could come in need when there is no admins online incase the server lags.

Using the physgun to move people is also a great tool, to be able to quickly move away a mutant examplewise that is going rampage and RDM'ing a lot of people, so he won't do as much damage by me moving him away as quickly as possible.

Removing random placed props around the map, is also a thing I have seen so that is something I would do aswell as a admin.

Noclip my way around the map looking for rule breakers, I am daily going around checking bases but I don't feel that I want to interrupt people going inside their headquarters and disturbing to check that everything is according to the rules, therefore noclip would be a great resource to have as an admin.

Spectate would also be a brilliant tool to have, as I would be able to spectate people who I think will break rules, or that has broken rules before and I wan't to keep an eye on him so he doesen't do it again.

There is so many things why I would like to become an admin, and these are some of them that I listed.

honestly I have never seen you before, 298 minutes and 6 more minutes on the other server, that's 4 hours. as we would rate you like we do on the "how famous is the person above you" i'd give you a 4/10.
for now I'll be neutral just to not be a dick.

I only play on server 1 but I will and have started to play on server 2, so that's probably why we have never meet, but thank you for taking a look at my application and giving feedback!

You should play on both servers and manage your time between them.
Even though you only play on server 1, there's a lot of gaps in your playtime and you only played 3 days straight this week and played 0 minutes after and before the 3 days.

Well I have been on vacation as you may have seen if you have looked at my past threads therefore my inactivty, but when I have been home I have been active each and everyday, and I prefer to play on Server 1 so that's where I play and that's where the majority of the players are aswell, other staff is free to play on the other server but my main focus is server 1.

If you have just come back from vacation maybe give it a week or 2 before applying.

I don't agree with you, why should I give a few more weeks before applying, I have been a moderator for three weeks and I think my knowledge is as good if not better then most moderators.

Very good knowledge of the rules, very efficient with f1's.
Good application.
Kind and understand moderator.
Maybe play on server 2. As that is where a lot of mischief happens.

its not just about having the moderator rank for 3 weeks. it's about using your moderator powers ( in the correct way and situation hopefully ) for 3 weeks.

Well Blocked, as we speaked yesterday I understand you diden't meant this to come out insulting but in my opinion it came out insulting, but neither way I will answer your feedback by telling you my point of view.

I have been a moderator for three weeks and probably completed over 1000 F1's and warned a few hundred, I woulden't say I am a inactive moderator according to myself as I play over 600 minutes a day, and moderating a big amount of that time.

I can however see you telling me that I am a inactive moderator as I haven't seen you, the probable cause of that is because we live in different time zones or that we are just playing on different times.

When I began as a moderator I was completing loads of F1's and I still do, and I may not have responded to your F1 because I was roleplaying or I maybe was AFK.

I hope you'll change your mind about me in the future.

Additional notes: I don't see why you are - supporting his app, I understand that he hasn't manage his time on both servers, but you are just seeing the bad side of him instead of the good side, and some of you are + supporting almost everything that you should judge him about but - supporting him for not having managed his time and your final verdict is - support, which basically makes no sense. I don't know the guy, (not friends, though I have seen him a lot on the server) in my opinion I think you guys should rethink about your - supports. Also Kevin, as you have noticed as an admin you should know how to manage your time on both servers, I suggest you play a few hours on server 2 before the meeting. Good luck!

To those confronting his playtime, it is absolutely fine. The bare minimum would be about 3 hours in a normal week, and his playtime exceeds that. Gaps in a week don't matter.

Gaps OF a week, kinda do. However, there's only a couple and it could easily be because of other factors such as being busy, school, etc - all valid justifications.

The gaps of two weeks I had, was when I was on a one week vacation and another week vacation after the day I got home from the first vacation, and that's where you can see the big gap on statistics of my playtime, other then that I have been active each and every day for many hours a day.
