How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would ask this player to stop disrespecting whoever he is disrespecting, if he doesn't, I would gag him/mute him until the map changes... If he disrespects again after the map changes, I would kick him. If he rejoins and continues the disrespect, I would ask an admin to ban him.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen since I am a trusted member in the ZARP community, I am known to be able to handle very difficult situations, and I am already a DarkRP Admin (where handling staff situations is even more difficult than handling them on Deathrun). I am a very friendly guy and I know how to deal with all sorts of players, and I know how to punish them equally. There are those times when I am on Deathrun and there are no DR staff on to warn disrespectful players or kick/slay AFK players... I am also very dedicated to the ZARP servers, as I started playing GMOD on them and I hope that I would be in ZARP if I ever stop...

I hope that other Deathrun staff give me their feedback on this application, and on me in general. I would also like to point out that I only have around 5 hours on Deathrun, but it is relatively easy to learn and to moderate due to its simplicity.

I also think you should get more time into deathrun, your in-game time is to low to know how the community is on ZARP Deathrun. You also forgot in "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" to warn people who are disrespecting.

Nice application but for me the time you spent on Deathrun is very important and thats why I will not support you.

P.S: I didn't add the warn since I don't feel that it is necessary, verbally warning him would be enough, and if he continues the mute/gag would be better than a warn... That's just my opinion, remember that you can deal with the same situation in different ways, it depends on the person who is dealing with that specific player...

200 minutes on both servers are a little low, I suggest you to re-apply in 1 or 2 weeks.
