Hello all! I'm applying for a Moderator position on ZARP's Survival Server. Thank you for taking the time to view and consider my application.

What does griefing mean?
Griefing is when a player harasses another player in game, the only end goal in griefing someone is to intentionally disrupt their gameplay. Griefing can be carried out in many ways, not only destruction of a player's creation.

Describe a situation where a player may be disrespectful on main chat .
An example of a player being disrespectful in chat may be vulgar and offensive language directed towards other players, however it is possible for one player to disrespect others without the use of obscene language.

Please describe your personality
I consider myself a friendly and fair person, I'm not afraid to put forward my honest opinion and back it up. Some say I have a vibrant personality (Perhaps it's just my mad accent). It's a personality trait of mines to endeavor to meet new people. I have also recently discovered I don't like talking about my personality, so lets add modesty as a newly acquired personality trait.

Why you?
I'm a good judge of what is right and what is wrong, I know how players should be treated and I expect the best treatment for everyone whilst playing. I have the ability to read and analyze situations in depth. I can appreciate how much effort and time goes into gaming as I'm a veteran gamer, especially when it comes to playing Minecraft and starting from absolute scratch on survival mode, that is why I think it is very important to protect player's creations and cut out any kind of griefing entirely. I will strive to become a moderator of the highest standards.
