Link to Steam Profile steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198056749279/hom SteamID STEAM_0:1:48241775 Current Gametracker Profile (find here) Age 20 Estimated Server Time Game tracker states 184 hours. But I know I've played about 300 hours Languages I speak Englishino Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. With all honesty It hasn't, but my previous expierence with being a superadmin and training Mods/admins in the past, which two of them are now superadmins Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Too many to state, Penguin? Nameful? Had to deal with them a few times If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? First of all. Become well aquiented with the commands, they are your primary source to being a Moderator. But after that always have an open mind whilst on duty, don't ever go into a situation biased. Even if they are your friends you ar dealing with as they will take advantage of knowing you and hoping on that biased for themselfs. But more importantly if you want to rise to be any higher rank, don't be scared to speak up. Get involved with the community. That doesn't mean just the Superadmins. It means with the users of zarp, you are serving them. Not the superadmins. But Don't be disrespectful. The F1's are only help commands. Never use any commands to give yourself advantage roleplaying. Never use commands to give your friends advantage in roleplaying. IF you are ever in a bad mood, do not go on duty, you will not serve at the best of your capabilities and will make rash choices which could potientially hurt your position as a Moderator. Don't be scared to ask for help, the staff are a team, we wish to help you as much as possible. Go into detail of the rules, even the smallest rule. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I believe that all deserve a second chance if deserving. If he came online to Zarp just to troll the server I would deny the appeal, Anyone with that mindset WILL do it again. But it generally depends on the intentions of the user. Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). My activity over the recent weeks hasnt been brilliant. Ever since i resigned to be honest, nor will i say i will be fully active, but I will try my best to be active, anyone that knew me from before knows what I am like, knows that I'm expierenced that I can lead. I can train staff. I can control staff and players. It was a credit for me to be who I were and I fully intened of being a superadmin again. Even more to be honest, For you people that don't really know me as being a serious person, I am. Most of you won't know me or won't of heard of me. I get that, I havent made myself really noticeable as a serious person, but i want my old status back. I want to be training staff again, I want to become the man that the staff come to for help. I want to lead Admin meetings again. I want to be back in Zarp. I have dealt with many many many situations in the past, getting banned some of the biggest trolls or assisting in it. I do make that difference. I will make a difference again. Didn't have much time so i pasted my old admin application Thankyou for reading. |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
