I agree with Zero, you're a very friendly player but you have to improve on maturity and to stop messing around with friends.
You have to be able to warn a player or friend if they broke a rule, if you can get your activity up then it's a +Support, for now:

I agree with Zero on this one, your application is well laid out and looks good,

however, your activity has been pretty much non existent after your last application was denied

You should have firstly gotten active in the community again and then applied, rather than applying with no game tracker time.

You also show signs of immaturity in game and like to mess around with friends.
