How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would first give him a verbal warn if he isn't that disrespectful, and mute/gag the player. If he is very disrespectful I would give him a warn, and also mute/gag him.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because I love playing on ZARP. Almost all my gmod hours since I started playing deathrun are on this server (like 60 out of my 100). I know a lot of people on both servers, including a lot of staff members. I am friendly towards everyone in the server, also people I don't know.

I want ZARP to be a friendly gaming community, and I think I can help realizing that. I'd like to give new players a warm feeling and let them stay on the servers, and be good friends with the people that are always on ZARP, including other staff members
