Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is when a player kills another player without a significant reason. Such as, if a person is AFK or if someone follows them into a room.

When is it okay to call someone out as a murderer?
Only if a player is seen holding a knife. Or you might believe a player is a murder if (s)he is acting suspicious, such as, following someone into several rooms and checking around for other players, or if you believe the player was sprinting. But if you have no proof, you must announce that it is just a guess, and might not be true.
It is important that players don't randomly call out other players if they are not 100% sure. As communication within this game is key to success. And if a player cries wolf, the player holding the gun may not listen to the other players if they believe the person called out isn't a murder.

Explain 'loot'.
Loot is an item that all players can pick up, by clicking the 'USE' key. If the player is a bystander and collects 5 loots, (s)he will equip a gun, this gun works the same as the gun equipped by the bystander with a "secret weapon." This gun can only be shot once before it needs reloading and if that player is killed or shoots an innocent bystander the gun will be dropped and can be picked up by another innocent.
If the player is a murderer collect one loot, (s)he can click the 'USE' key on a dead body and will disguise as that person's colour and name, until the murderer is killed or kills another innocent. (Although, this is not a feature on your server)

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I believe I would be good as an admin on your Murder server as I know a lot about Garry's Mod (As I have played over 100 hours of it), but I spend 70% of my time on Garry's Mod on a Murder server. I have spent a total of over 10 hours on your Murder server, and will definitely be adding to that time, whether or not I achieve this place, and it's because really enjoy your server as I have a good ping and my frame rate is at a steady pace, but also the majority of the players are nice people that you can have a conversation with.
Before typing this application up, I have made sure that other players are following the rules, and reminding them of what the rules are, if the break them. But if were an admin, I would make sure that these people will follow the rules, instead of ignoring me, I also feel that I would be able to help with making the server better by providing ideas and making the environment of the server better.

Extra Information:
I have a microphone and can talk, during certain times, but I prefer typing. I will also be able to go on the server all day, and late nights, until September, when college starts, but even then I can come on the server in the evenings.
