Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match means when some guy comes up to you and kills you for no reason, like billy came up with a shotgun a popped one in you, and he had no reason to do so, so that's RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule means when you die there's a time limit you can not go back to the area, and you forget what happened. Like Billy gets raided and dies in the process, and he goes to the people raiding his place and kills them, when he died 1 minute ago.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking out of character to help someone out or to hurt someone. Like while billy was getting raided, he told johnny in OOC that they were getting raided. That's considered metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would take them both to a rooftop, hear both of them out, see if x has more proof if y killed him, and if he does, i warn him, if he doesnt, i keep an eye on y just to be sure.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would here out there stories, and if everything checks out, warn player y for breaking NLR and keep an eye on him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn player x for metagaming, and ask him if he knows what it means because alot of people don't on the servers.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I should at least be considered for mod, because you guys have seen my other app and understand I'm fine with power. I've been on alot more so ive studied the rules even more, (sometimes the hard way because i would accidentally break them), I've come to be some what respected on the server, i don't flip out when people break rules in OOC, i just calmly go to F1 once, and just wait patiently. I'm pretty calm, even when people start dissing me off, I'm not applying for mod to gain respect for myself, im applying for mod to gain respect for the server. So if people diss me off I'll joke around first so they'll begin to come down but if they keep at it, then I will begin to warn them to stop. Don't get me wrong though, if people are disrespecting each other I'll try to end it instantly but if they try to diss me I'll let it slide to a point, like I said, it's not about me.

Seems like a good application, I don't know if you break rules because I've never met you in game, but what I'm taking from Blocked, your a good guy. So good application, and good knowledge of the rules.....
